Blackstrap molasses has b12? Mine doesn’t lol does yours come with b12 added because last time I checked it doesn’t have b12... but its great for iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin b6, and selenium
You're correct. I didn't catch her mentioning that haha but it doesn't. It is GREAT for what you're mentioning. I've used it in the past for iron and calcium! It also has the other things you mention :) not b12 though!

Seitan derives from the gluten of wheat which is a plant. Why wouldn’t you consider seitan part of of a plant based diet, just like tofu and the many plant based milks?

It is absolutely part of a plant-based diet, it's just not whole foods plant based.
