glad you came to your senses, and if you thought kobe was inefficient, youre lucky you werent watching basketball in the mid 2000s cuz you'd probably be calling a lot of other players inefficient as well
LOW sucks at using stats. If your year by year FG%, 3P%, and eFG% are below or at the corresponding nba avgs of that year it doesn’t look like your that efficient. Kobe needed 8 FTA a game to be efficient per TS%. Efficiency isn’t just 1 stat. You need multiple corresponding stats to paint the picture. If Kobe doesn’t get to the line, he’s not efficient. Which is why he’s shot himself out of finals like 2004/2008 and Shaq rescued his ass in 2000/2001 finals. If he still wants to use this idiotic stat argument here your go. Steph shot like shit in the 2016 finals and still had a higher TS% than Kobe did in all but one of his finals appearances (2002). So that right there shows a weakness in the TS% argument.
FT is part of scoring, that's why it's counted, are you dumb? TS% weighs scoring of any value (1, 2, 3 points accordingly) What you're saying is like "LeBron won't be as efficient if we don't count his shots around the basket".
take free throws away from every scorer and their efficiency goes down. Getting to the free throw line is an efficient style of play. And true shooting should only be compared relative to era so idk why you comparing 01 Kobe to 16 curry.
You’re literally cherrypicking to make his stats worse. And obviously Steph will have a better TS% dickhead he shoots the most three in nba history and is the best shooter ever no player pre 2015 era should have a TS% that’s comparable and yet Kobe still did it in 2002 according to your logic. And let’s not even mention who played against in those finals and what he averaged right?
I wonder if they did TSP without free throws (Kobe was a good FT shooter) would the shooting percentages be any different? TLDR: do TSP minus FT% and see this experiment.

It totally worked and the pistons got the chip)
That was an objectively bad series for Kobe but to extrapolate his entire career based on that series is stupid. That's the equivalent of me saying Kobe is the best player every by extrapolating his 2010 WCF series against the Sns.

A lot of MMMMMM’s in LOWs video
Hi clique
Larry bird is better then magic. Because magic had Kareem Larry had himself
Spoken a like true person who definitely wasn’t around to watch 80s basketball and didn’t even do the due diligence to to give a more informed take.
I don’t miss
Tbh I never knew what you looked like until today
Not finna cap I was one of the people saying he was inefficient but now I just look stupid
glad you came to your senses, and if you thought kobe was inefficient, youre lucky you werent watching basketball in the mid 2000s cuz you'd probably be calling a lot of other players inefficient as well
@Jim Book compared to today yeah, but no one cared at the time that AI was winning scoring titles shooting like 40 percent lol
Yoooo u asked Kobe not top 10 bad bad take
LOW sucks at using stats. So that right there shows a weakness in the TS% argument.
lol
@@andrewphipps5265 Lol. Broke that shit down efficiently. No lies told😂
FT is part of scoring, that's why it's counted, are you dumb? TS% weighs scoring of any value (1, 2, 3 points accordingly)
What you're saying is like "LeBron won't be as efficient if we don't count his shots around the basket".
take free throws away from every scorer and their efficiency goes down.
And let’s not even mention who played against in those finals and what he averaged right?
common clique w
I wonder if they did TSP without free throws (Kobe was a good FT shooter) would the shooting percentages be any different?
TLDR: do TSP minus FT% and see this experiment.
If Kobe is too 15 lebron is Top 30

here’s why kobe was actually efficient
*cherrypicks stats from a 13 year period of his 20 year career & compares his efficiency to league average rather than his peers directly*
he did compare him to his peers directly. He compared him to both Duncan and KG who Kobe was more efficient than.
It's like you didn't even watch the video😭😭
Twitter ruined y'all lmaooo
But he did compare them and Kobe was actually found to be more efficient than Duncan and KG. Get over it.
@@hariss5705 i dont have twitter. kobe wasnt wholly inefficient but compared to the greats, he is.
@@dr.boolin8296 he only compared them on TS%. pretty telling when you have to compare a guard to bigs on a stat that includes FT% to pretend he was efficient. why doesnt he compare Kobe’s TS% to Curry’s? because he can’t. why doesnt he compare Kobe to those bigs on FG%? because he can’t. its cherrypicking.
The biggest lie told about Kobe is that he didn't do it
Kobe just took so many shots and barely passed so that’s why he has the most misses of all time.
Also put things into context, man was playing with some bums before he got Gasol, he had to do it himself. I'm not complaining about Lebron's 2018 runs when he had to just do it himself but why people gotta hate on Kobe for that tho?
@@danilohernandez6617 kobe also had shaq previously

Kobe is a great passer but he doesn’t like to pass.
Y’all were 10 years old. You don’t know what you’re talking about , and didn’t “ watch him “ like you claim. KOBE IS NOT TOP TEN.
Not only if you watched , but the numbers don’t lie.
One mvp. .. that’s it.
Wasn’t the best player on the court for 4 out of 5 rings.
NBA purposely propped him up after MJ left , sent him to the line 15 times a game and had a sprite commerical for him after. If Kobe stayed in Charlotte , he is tmac.
Y’all were ten. Acting like experts. Stop it.
For real, I was a Lakers' fan from Shaq and Kobe, through to the Pau Gasol years. I saw Kobe at his best, and he was inefficient. Part of it was the times, hero ball was popular even if it is the worst form of basketball.
And part of it is comparing Kobe to MJ, to Lebron, and to other top 10 players. Kobe was inefficient compared to them. And comparing him to Ray Allen and Klay Thompson, who are 3 point shooters, which is a lower percentage shot, is the video trying to be dishonest.
Look You may believe kobe may not be top 10 best player may not be the best at his position may not be the best at ANYTHING but it's not about the top 10 best players in the world it's about the top 10 GREATEST Player in the world, The mamba mentality and the way he paved the way for the modern era is just that great. If you take away kobe bryant from the history of the league, I don't believe ANY of the top players in the league right now would be as good and great as they are right now. Kobe is great not in the way he was on the court but he was great outside of the court. If you're just talking about best players while I personally have kobe at 6 behind bird and magic and the other guys but he definitely would not be top 5 or 4 if it was just purely about on court.🤷♂
