    Delhi Kolkata mumbai Chennai...they already reached at very high point...so if you invest in emerging cities, will give you very high returns

    We bought 7000 square feet plot in Ayodhya in 2001 just for 54 lakhs, the current value of the plot due to Shri Ram mandir is around 4.6 crores(as of now)

    If you have invested 10 lakh in the following blue chips, to kuch is tarah badhta aapka portfolio:--
    Titan - 10 lakh in 2010 will be = 4.7cr in 2023 ( approx )
    Tcs - 10 lakh = 1cr in 2023
    Reliance = 10 lakh = 50 lakh
    Infy = 10 lakh = 30 lakh
    L&T = 10 lakh= 40 lakh.
    Aur Haan isme share splits, bonus and dividends count nahi hai. Uske baad bhi itne acche returns.

    My dad invested in a 2bhk property in Navi Mumbai, not even Mumbai. Then in 2010 it was 20L, now it's value is anything above 80L. Also NMIA airport is coming up, I expect its value to go beyond 1.2cr🙃

    Ankuur bhai real estate in India is much different from what this stats are showing .......... The Black money makes it worst ..... The value you are showing is SDV actual value is much much higher than this . ....where 60 % cash and 40% bank transfer takes place and boost the value of real estate by many times ...

    Sir instead of accounting for past investments can you also suggest the future prospects?
    As investing in real estate is a very big horizon. It’ll be good if you can share the views where to invest like residential, commercial, kiosk etc. and parameters to be taken into consideration like location, amount and growth KPI’s. That’ll be helpful. Not this.

Is liye purane data se kuchh bhi kahana muskil hai isliye abhi 2010 se 2023 main jo boom aay hai aur us taraf logo ko investment karana chahiye yeh nirnay galat ho sakaya hai to jo logone 2010 se real estate main paisa lagaya hai aur fayda hua hai unko badhaiya aur jo log yeh soch rahe hai ki kash Maine ish state main paisa lagaya hota to achha tha unko afsos karane ki jarurat nahi hai 😊
