This is one of best advice and have these session for the new generation and old generation to understand your finances. 1) Learn first thing try not to use Credit Cards 2) Learn about your personal expenses.
credit cards are good if you pay the full bill before the due date and spend like you are paying from your bank account. this the only loan which is interest free for 45 days and gives you rewards
@ As you can hear and see in the video , The guy was sharing about his personal loan which got accumulated to around 15 Lakhs +plus he is paying hefty percentage of interest on this loan ! So Wari Sir was suspicious ? why would someone rally up ₹15Lakhs as PL and spend it on something that was already part of his monthly expenses! Which means that the Guy was trying to hide the exact reason or purpose of that loan from Wari Sir, He was not fully TRANSPARENT ! since he didn’t want to disclose the reason ( which Wari sir totally respect his privacy and didn’t question much but share his view in this timestamp )
I am watching your videos high level to understand expenses, loan and your suggestion but frankly I watched this video in details and thanks for sharing as new generation.. highly qualified, extra smart people should understand that if credit card start to take your benefit then sure you are ruined that is end result if going to pay the bills on EMI..it is not emi for credit..it is emi for savkari...so be in limit and take benifits within range...thanks for your valuable time Ankur..doing really great job.. other's youtuber video to earn money for them but your videos are to earn money for watchers.. viewers...👍🏻👍🏻💎
My first suggestion will be 1)"sell the car and Activa" and pay off the Credit cards loans(instead of taking Loan against property) 2) Try to reduce light bill which is 15000 3) Stop all investment. Now u can add your car expenses in PL emi next 3 years u have to do. I know the pain behind it credit cards and personal loans wale 50 average calls karte hai per day Once upon time i was in same situation. Situation ko understand karke standard maitain karna important hai bhai😊
Guy has destroyed his finances & acting like a victim. Why are you spending so much when you are drowning in debt. His fixed expenses itself is a joke . No self accountability, take Ankurs advice and save yourself before it’s too late. Unlike other episodes Ankur’s knowledge and experience really shines and shows in this episode. Great work.
bhai bohot gussa aata hai aise logo ko dekhke.. ki koi itna chu kaise ho sakta hai 50k salary mai 2 german shepherds se hi pata chalta hai ki usse laga mai to bohot ameer ban gaya with 50k
What awesome suggestion sir.....Thank you sooooo mucccch....❤❤❤❤ I am learn from this episode stay away from credit cards loan and unnecessary expenses.....👍👍👍👍👍
So much of a burden....I agree with the suggestion provided. Apart from that he can also do below things 1. SELL OFF THE Activa 2. Germen Shepherd 🐕 3. Light bill 15k reduce to 4-5 k
Excellent advice by Ankur! The silver lining is, this guy has age on his side. If he really follows what is suggested and leads a frugal life for 3 odd years.. his finances should be back on track and will have a good life.
Hats off to Ankur sir.. Also strong enough of this guy Rajat ..at least accepts on camera all his things. Mistakes etc.. However too confused to even get a simple solution from Ankur sir .. When you're the sole earner in your family, it's easy to fall into the credit card trap. I've faced the same challenge, but closing my credit cards has helped me regain control and get things back on track.
I am also trying to survive in the same situation but expenses are twice from salary....Thanks Sir...... Thanks a lot... that's video 📸 is soooooo much important and eyes open for me ....thanks again sir
Rajat brother, please follow what Ankur sir suggested. You have a kid and you better be a responsible father. Even if you cant give her any assets, is fine but get out of this mess as soon as possible.
One of the most genuine advice which can really help out to get out of this situation, thats real financial education one get on this channel, thanks to ankur warikoo sir❤️
2 Suggestion from my side- 1st you should cut your monthly expenses as much as possible and use that money to pay high ROI Loans. 2nd you should also use your PF money to pay your high ROI Loans.
I can understand this person's situation. I have been in this situation. But God Grace we realised and closed all the credit cards. We Pledged not to take credit cards ever. Took finance from our close friend and closed all our bank loans. we started paying little little amount to our friend and 95% of our loans cleared within 2 yrs. Now we have started saving and started our travelling journey. I used to watch your videos on lockdown. Your The best finance advisor tho you say your not certified finance advisor. Thank you for all your advice 🙏
1. Investment close 2. Sell car 3. Take loan against property for 10yrs 10lakh tak milega. Use that amount to close cc & big emi amounts. 4. Etna kon kharcha karta hai bhai.. usko kam karo
Rajat bhai please follow the advice given. I don't know how you think and perceive your surroundings but this is the best advice given to you.. Please brother don't Mess further.. It's not about money, it's the interest which is dragging you.
most people think credit card is a convenience and use it. While a few use its benefits i can see that many people fall for its trap and accumulate CC debt which gets so high and the person is unable to repay it. 1 lakh loan with 40% interest is more dangerous than a 10 Lakh loan with 10% interest. Also people should go into the concept of living below their means. If we can live 1 or 2 levels down than the luxury we can afford that would create huge wealth in a short time and after a period of time they can live any way they want.
Sorry to say but ye dekh k mein soch raha hu ki mein kitna accha situation mein hu...Jahan koi loan nahi hai bas ek free credit card rakha hu apna credit history better karne k liye... Thanks to Ankur warikoo sir🙏🙏🙏 Really greatful sir...I hope I learn more from you sir... I'm just 23 and the person in the video is 34 and obviously he is earning more and more smart than me. I don't want to compare with anyone and anyone's situation.Really hope that Rajat bhaiya will take better step and come out of this situation soon...but really shocked that you don't have any investment brother😢😢😢...you should be serious about your finance
I don't think you will get loan against property as your property document might be with bank as you are already having Home Loan EMI. Try to get a top up on your personal loan for around 15 lacs and close all the other loans, include your wife salary also in the loan. Try to get Personal loan for 6 years at 11% interest, the EMI will be around 28551, which you can easily afford. Also try to get loan from the bank in which your salary is coming.
Very precious insights, with the chess and cricket analogy, Ankur. Though I don't know how much Rajat has grasped the solution you provided. You are younger than I, but very rich in experience in this personal finance field. My conclusion is based on your TH-cam videos and your three books. I have filled the Google Sheet, seeking your guidance on my financial matters. I would be grateful for a session with you.
I have 2lakh per month salary. Two home loan: 23 lakh and 20lakh , paid half of the amount. Monthly expense credit card: 20k includes all bill. I use credit card to pay everything. Investement: 60k in SIP. FD: 10lakh NPS: 5lakh Mutual Fund: 5lakh PPF: 10lakh EPF: 10lakh No CAR, No Scooty. Use ola uber. Will buy car once i am done with home loan.
Excellent investment strategy . Even when I was earning 25k back in 2020. I used to invest 15k straightaway in investment . My father used to give pocket money to survive 😂😂😂😂

He is controlling his pain and pressure.. But hope he will follow and clear all his loans 🤞🏻🙏🏻😊. I just called my friend to discuss about my financial situation. ✴️
After watching one of your episode of money matters I really applied some concepts frome there in my finances And I have planned my way of getting out of these bills , One of the best advice by Ankur is to finish the smallest loan with your investments and I had done that and it really boosts the confidence that atleast numbers are reducing ❤❤ Thank you warikoo ❤
It’s a good example of how one could screw up their finances. I also believe, he is honest about telling his misery which shall be appreciated. Although he needs to understand, that he is into terrible mess.
my advice along wirh warikoo sir is 1. gaadi bech de. usse baaki ke credit card loan chuka also ur 7k fuel expense will help in paying ur credit card bill. 2. instead of taking loan against property go to any of your friends or relatives and ask for loan 5L if they can better... here interest might be 0-5% which is easily payable.3.utlities kam kar bhai mai blr mai rehta hu itna toh mera bhi nahi aata ur staylng in non metro. 4. try to upskill urself and get a better job with little bit high paying salary that will really help in ur loans.
No matter how big his salary number is , it still doesn't make sense to spend over 1lakh in a month , and also he's just spending that money on personal expenses not in personal growth
In this situation, 7.5k in petrol is quite high really he should have sell his car at least now to repay his loans. I really don’t understand how people can expend such amount on fuel when he is not even in a situation to afford. Seriously I am in shock after hearing this guys
अंकुर सर इससे अच्छी एडवाइस कोई हो ही नहीं सकती। इन भाई साहब के साथ प्रोबलेम बस इतनी ही है की इन्होंने Mathematics नहीं समझा Rate of Intrest ka hi sara khel hai.
I thought usne family expenses ke liye nhi liye honge etne loan not possible at all, might be trading ya gambling me loss hua hoga but woh btaneko achha nhi lg rha hoga...
I don't think this guy will do any good after this video, he lives in a house whose emi is paid up by his mom and sisters, drives a car which is paid for by his dad's pension and then goes on to flex about having two dogs and not knowing the value of his wife's gold and considering her 24k salary as not to much
Yes true. The way he said his wife salary is not much I thought it would be 5 or 10 k. Later it turned out 24k which is a decent salary considering his own 54k
If you can afford Merc buy Fiat, if you can afford Fiat buy Activa, if you can afford activa buy good pair of shoes. I like the advice... this man will overcome this situation as he has the guts to show up in the video

I have a lot of sympathy for Rajat, but his lack of understanding about how big of a difference is made by such a large difference in the rate of [compound] interest - 10% vs 40% - is truly an indictment of the Indian Education System.
dont blame education system for irresponsible behavior of a grown up adult.. only an idiot would do this. its not rocket science

Rarely I've seen such an attitude of someone from Panchkula. By the way, great video with excellent suggestions and strategy ❤👏🏻👍🏻
Wow it takes courage to come forward, I am so glad he approached Ankur Bro....good advice 👏👏👏👍
This is one of best advice and have these session for the new generation and old generation to understand your finances.
1) Learn first thing try not to use Credit Cards
2) Learn about your personal expenses.
Using credit cards is not a problem, but not paying bills before due date is.
@@himage6540except he’s not just using credit cards but abusing them. There’s a difference between responsible usage and irresponsible usage.
Using credit cards is the best tool ever, but use it as if it's going directly from an account (don't overspend)
@@technofete yes brother.
But, people lack financial knowledge that's why they get trapped in these things
credit cards are good if you pay the full bill before the due date and spend like you are paying from your bank account. this the only loan which is interest free for 45 days and gives you rewards
Best suggestion as a elder brother 👍
This is a very critical case. The guy looks very stressed.
Who wouldn’t be stressed in this situation. I’m stressed for him just watching this video.
he himself is responsible especially if he doesn't listen even now
19:24 Started it very well👍
19:44 Wari Sir caught it RIGHT here
But what he caught???
I am shocked after seeing this episode. How can one be so chill
He seems to be faking check the smile in his face at end shot.
Wow...said by warikoo for good n bad both. Aaj pata chala.. my expenses are three times my salary....warikoo says...wow😂
This vedio is big lesson why basic financial knowledge is must for everyone in this era. Ya to loan k chakkar me kbhi pde hi na
My first suggestion will be 1)"sell the car and Activa" and pay off the Credit cards loans(instead of taking Loan against property)
2) Try to reduce light bill which is 15000
3) Stop all investment.
Now u can add your car expenses in PL emi next 3 years u have to do.
I know the pain behind it credit cards and personal loans wale 50 average calls karte hai per day
Once upon time i was in same situation.
Situation ko understand karke standard maitain karna important hai bhai😊
Correct brother....but my think the only shell the car....
Did he tell where the expenses went in the video? Did I miss..
Ankur sr ne bhai ki life bacha li bhai bhut depression m tha aapko salut 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
What awesome suggestion sir.....Thank you sooooo mucccch....❤❤❤❤
I am learn from this episode stay away from credit cards loan and unnecessary expenses.....👍👍👍👍👍
So much of a burden....I agree with the suggestion provided. Apart from that he can also do below things
1. SELL OFF THE Activa
2. Germen Shepherd 🐕
3. Light bill 15k reduce to 4-5 k
4. Use public transport, patrol 7.5 k
Activa se acha usko car sell karna chiye
Car sell
Excellent advice by Ankur! The silver lining is, this guy has age on his side. If he really follows what is suggested and leads a frugal life for 3 odd years.. his finances should be back on track and will have a good life.
Please please please bring back previous people to whom you gave advise and let's check how many of them are now in better position please
Hats off to Ankur sir..

When you're the sole earner in your family, it's easy to fall into the credit card trap. I've faced the same challenge, but closing my credit cards has helped me regain control and get things back on track.
he is not sole earner , his sister paying home emis, father is having pension ,
and wide is earning as well
I am also trying to survive in the same situation but expenses are twice from salary....Thanks Sir...... Thanks a lot... that's video 📸 is soooooo much important and eyes open for me
....thanks again sir
Rajat brother, please follow what Ankur sir suggested. You have a kid and you better be a responsible father. Even if you cant give her any assets, is fine but get out of this mess as soon as possible.
One of the most genuine advice which can really help out to get out of this situation, thats real financial education one get on this channel, thanks to ankur warikoo sir❤️
Very good advice by Ankur Sir 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Not sure why few people’s spending patterns doesn’t make sense!
1. Investment close
2. Sell car
3. Take loan against property for 10yrs 10lakh tak milega. Use that amount to close cc & big emi amounts.
4. Etna kon kharcha karta hai bhai.. usko kam karo
100% right bhai
Uska flat maa n behen k nam pe he and loan pe je flat to kese lega dubara loan
This guys is the perfect example of why we need to watch Ankur’s videos. This was the best episode of this series.

Ankur , you are a saviour for people , who need financial advice , good to see you helping people out , hats off to you
I don't think you will get loan against property as your property document might be with bank as you are already having Home Loan EMI.
I am watching your channel from last more than one year. Inspired

my advice along wirh warikoo sir is 1. gaadi bech de. usse baaki ke credit card loan chuka also ur 7k fuel expense will help in paying ur credit card bill. 2. instead of taking loan against property go to any of your friends or relatives and ask for loan 5L if they can better... here interest might be 0-5% which is easily payable.3.utlities kam kar bhai mai blr mai rehta hu itna toh mera bhi nahi aata ur staylng in non metro. 4. try to upskill urself and get a better job with little bit high paying salary that will really help in ur loans.

I don't think this guy will do any good after this video, he lives in a house whose emi is paid up by his mom and sisters, drives a car which is paid for by his dad's pension and then goes on to flex about having two dogs and not knowing the value of his wife's gold and considering her 24k salary as not to much
Exactly
