Great clip Mandy thank you for sharing. I have just looked at the 200m specialists like Sonia and Efimova who I would have assumed would have had move of an undulation "(wave") and they are quite level also. Surprisingly so actually for me anyway. What has recently been drawn to my attention is how there is a bit of kick "down" at the initial phase of the kick which helps push the hips "up" into this great position. I would be interested in your thoughts on this.
