MGV seats, no carpet, no radar controlled speed control, no stupid "plastic" engine cover, no solid front axle, etc? These are all positives for me. Can I borrow your Jeep sometime? Comparing Everglades to a Rubicon is apples to oranges. The Everglades only comes in the Mid-Package. Compare your Rubicon to something like a Badlands with the high package to get close.

If you look in the latest reliability charts Jeeps take half of the top 10 spots. Bronco is not on the list... just saying. This car has a place and it is hugely popular and capable IFS vehicle. I almost want to say this review was purposely negative.
Jeeps have a lot of plastic as well. The Everglades trim is meant to go deeper in water, so the money went there to adjust engine and transmission for that.
Some of the road noise you are experiencing at higher speed is from the roof rails. If you don’t need them, they are easy to pull off and store on garage wall. Mine felt quieter once the rails were removed. My 2-door hard top does not feel drafty either. Maybe one of the seals is bad?
Many of the features that you’re upset about not being on that Bronco are available for the Bronco. Just not that trim level. Want those features, get a trim level that has them.
This is one that I wanted to test drive because its a unique build from Ford. Unfortunately I think Ford did it a disservice by not adding a lot of features people want in higher end, more expensive vehicles.

And those people exist and are being served. What you’re asking for is for that unique build to be a Badlands. If those are your requirements then get the Badlands. Not the unique specialty build that doesn’t meet your needs. There are a ton of people who don’t want heated steering wheels and adaptive cruise control and who want rubber and plastic interior. I personally cannot fathom people who want carpet, leather, and expensive materials in a vehicle meant to go off road. It’s okay for a vehicle to not be for you. And that means that not every vehicle has to be the way you want it. There exist people who want that exact build and that vehicle exists for them. Not you.
It’s an automatic, what do you need a tach for…also it’s made for going thru water and things like that. Definitely wouldn’t want carpet or anything that could absorb water or be difficult to clean. This guy clearly doesn’t know what it was built for.
The price point, and the cheapness of the fit and finish, plus let's not forget the lack of a Subwoofer and amp is what baffles me. Let's throw in a massive touch screen with Apple CarPlay but who cares how it sounds. Land Rover Discovery's have had amplified subs since the late 90's. Jeeps have had an amp and sub for years as well. C'mon Ford get with the times.
I have a friend that has already had his engine replaced once in his Bronco. It seized up in on an interstate in Texas. Ford replaced it all under warranty, but it took a few months.

Let's talk about the Rubicon. Cheap shocks, terrible tracking under powered standard engines. But maybe the engine is pretty in his opinion. Incredibly expensive, bad ride quality, and poor overall quality.
This guy doesn’t even own a real Jeep ( he has a Gladiator ) and he’s knocking the Bronco? Hahahahaha...I’ve (ad 4 Gladiators and they’re all junk. From the Rubicon’s to the Mojave’s ! I’ve also had 3 JLUR Wranglers and 4 Broncos all since 201! His complaints....no heated steering wheel ( where does his little tender arthritic hands dwell, (Saskatchewan? lol ) The Screen display ( he doesn’t know how to set the display is the problem ) No clearance he says, LOL! The thing fords 36.5” of water, has the diff fill moved to the top of the diff’s and comes w/3.5” of lift on 35’s and that’s STOCK! You have to buy the Extreme Recon Package at what 7k-8k on a Jeep to even get close. Not to mention he says the hardtop is loud? Have you heard the joke of an Alpine in the Wranglers with the so called “ sound deadening material “ ? And the 8.5” screen was an UPGRADE...Really!?! LOL...12” screen is standard on the Everglades, and I can hear my radio “ I will not be writing home about it though”! ...It’s a very capable rock crawler in its own right,, it doesn’t need sway bar disconnects ( that’s where you’d buy the right tool for the job to start with like the Wildtrak I had ) but excels of course in mud and deep water. I never once used my sway bar disconnects on any Rubicon Wrangler or Gladiators I owned! I sold my JLUR and my JT and bought an Eruption Green Everglades and a Red 2 dr Wildtrak w/hardtop ( seems to be a little rare? ) then I sold my 2 dr Wildtrak, got a Red 4 dr. hardtop Wildtrak...then sold that and my Everglades! I’m now on my second Everglades ( Carbonized Grey ) should’ve rethought the color, but I love the package. That independent front suspension rides so much smoother than the solid front axle on the Jeep. And I have 37’s and an 4.5” Fox coilover lift on my Bronco. And to show I can talk shit about either if I so choose...I also own an AEV-JLUR 392...that came on 37”s w/24k worth of extras! I don’t have to hate one to enjoy the other! They’re made for different jobs...and I enjoy them both. As a matter of fact, I’m going to buy me an AEV-Gladiator before the yrs end, after all you can never have enough...lol.
Not an honest review. Simply not the best review. Probably needed to leave that to someone that isn’t biased to jeep. Continue with driving your jeep. I think you’ll be more satisfied. Not to mention. The vehicle is a convertible. It’s not going to be totally quiet. Just stick to jeep reviews I’m sure you’ll have much better luck with your viewers
If you were to go through my videos and knew my background, you would know I have reviewed a lot of vehicles. Especially those of which I have previously owned. I.E.: Jeeps, Toyota's, Land Rovers, Fords, and Ram. I've owned over 50 vehicles in my life. I own a Land Rover restoration business as well. Incase you are misinformed, my Gladiator has a removable top just like the Bronco. The Bronco's top sucks, plenty of other reviews say exactly the same thing. It's poor build quality. The whole thing is cheaply made and it shows. The suspension is crap, the steering is weak. It drives like crap. The engines grenade all the time. The sad fact is, Ford missed the mark, They should have used better materials and build quality, and a solid front axle. Then it could have been a serious offroader.

When you started complaining about the position of the light controls I could tell you were mega biased.
