OMG!!! I knew the drums on that Saor album sounded just like Austin! Now it makes so much sense. That's my favorite album of theirs, mostly because of how amazing the drums are.

When was this Podcast recorded? Panopticon played together with Saor this summer (and again in Antwerp this fall) so it seems like a bit older. Also it feels odd that he mentions his friendship to Rob from Amebix ignoring the recent revelations.
I'm guessing Austin's in the same boat as not just Rob Miller but also Jaz Coleman, Al Jourgensen, Matt Pike, Scott Weinrich, Sakevi Yokoyama etc in that he's ostensibly on the left but believes in many of the same conspiracy theories as the InfoWars crowd. There's a lot of people like that in the weirder corners of anarchism.

I live a hour north of the twin cities and my road just got paved... It was a 4 mile stretch... Brunswick Rd. ? Mr. Lunn might be my neighbor... It was a mix of four wheelers and my buddy drifting in his car.. lol. Just heard my buddy mark talking about how good panopticon is.. and the beer. Best of wishes neighbor and happy holidays. 😁
