Hi Camry, in Florida you don't have to add tax if you sell to a person in another state. can it be posible to add a way to separate taxable income and not taxable income? Thank you!
In your amount section for expenses, should I be including the tax amount I paid? Or the amount before the taxes? For example, yarn from Michael’s is $8.99. But with tax in Canada it comes to $10.16. Which amount would I write?
When selling at craft shows, and you take cash, do you charge and calculate the tax, or do it a flat cost to avoid having to have coins? I know I’ve seen people say they don’t bother and take it out of the total cost. Thanks
I also have a "Gift" tab on mine because the yarn that goes into gifts really adds up! So I like to track roughly how much I am "giving away" in my business as well.
@@ronnettecouncilman3522 Neither! I just gave it its own separate tab because I don't think it's relevant for tax purposes 🤔. But I do like seeing how much money I'm spending / putting towards other people!
I’ve been waiting for this 🤩🤩 I love the little month overview circle thing - I’m still watching the video so idk if you mentioned it but I found something that really helped me last year was I took pics of all my receipts incase they came up and needed to be seen & kept them in an album on my phone & could print them if needed! I included online and in store receipts as well. It helped a lot bc I would’ve lost them all or the ink would’ve faded lol
I’m just so happy that I’m getting interested in pursuing my own crochet business right as you’re dropping these gold mines. I’m so grateful for wanting to be a part of a community that’s 100 times more helpful & supportive than competitive & gate keeping like most industries. I’m so super excited to be able to witness that first hand with my own business. It’s also really encouraging & inspiring to start with like how welcoming ppl are like thank you guys for wanting everyone to be successful 🥹🥰💖🌸
I am not a crochet business but OMG this is amazing! (Plus I love watching your videos)I have made my excel sheet to track but it is basic and I don't have that awesome visuals so I am so excited this year to do this as I get more serious about my business (thanks 2 layoffs 🤣) and this is such a key thing to do.
Love this so much!!! I needed this so bad. And i love it’s cute!! Can’t wait to start tracking. I completely feel u on so many levels.. i like to craft and design i don’t do numbers.. so i know I’m losing out on money by not always keeping track of my expenses. So glad y’all created this!
Thank you so much for this Camryn! I've just brought the tracker and filling in the details as I watch this. I love it! This, along with your pricing calculator, are helping me feel more confident in setting up my business ☺
Hi Camryn! I’m going to be taking the masterclass today, but I thought I’d ask my questions here in case anyone else might have similar questions. We just started our handmade business this year. Our “why” is that we would like to travel around the country visiting family and seeing new places, doing markets along the way. Here are my questions: *does the new finance tracker let you enter multiple different states for sales tax if you do markets in different states? *what can you write off in the FIRST year of business as “set up expenses”? *vague question: Is there anything that CAN’T be written off as a business expense when traveling/working at markets? Like food/eating out on the road or other things ? Thanks so much! 💖
Hi! Just started selling my crafts this year at the age of 50 something. Really enjoying the information on your channel. Question, do you offer a bundle that includes the finance tracker, pricing calculator and your other digital products? Thanks

Hi Camryn I love this, it looks amazing and I can’t wait to purchase it, I have your pricing one and love it as it makes my life so much easier. I am in Australia and we use Kilometres when we drive, is there any way to change miles to kilometres?
Hi Camryn - I love this guide and videos. I wanted to point out that in your Mileage tab you have vehicle spelled incorrectly. I just thought you'd like to know to edit it but its not a big deal. I just can't help seeing things like that.
As a bookkeeper with 30 years experience I would have categories more categories. Instead of using source just make an expense with Joann and income I would breakdown be beanie and chicken. This way you see where you spend and what makes money.
Have any questions you'd like me to answer? :) Reply to this comment!

Hi Camryn. I have a question if we purchase patterns for a custom order or whatever do we enter that in the expense?

Great idea 💡

Hey girl. Appreciate all you do. I just started my biz, what do you use to file your taxes for your crochet biz please?

I purchased your tracker 🎉 Loving it! Do we make a copy every year to keep the years separate?

Hi very off topic, but what camera/mic are you using to film? And for sound?
Question, I make no. Sales in my handmade business, and all my states would basically be expenses, should I buy this expense tracker?
I don't have a means of transportation (no car). I order online or I take the bus or a friend takes me. How do I calculate transportation?
How do you save the file and print it out?
Same question can you print and save ?

Do you add tax and shipping to the cost of product or do you absorb that?
Yes add to cost.
