Many youtubers don't talk about this aspect, and I'm curious about what to expect once my business picks up. This was super helpful! Is there a way to share the expense page and not the income page? For example, let’s say you have an employee purchasing supplies for the company. Can that employee input the expenses and not have access to the income earned sheet?

I click on the down arrow as mentioned but there is no edit pencil and no drop down criteria window opening up on the side. Can you clarify as to what may be happening? thank you.

Hello just downloaded your template love it so far but for some reason in the income statement, the profit and loss is only adding the totals is not showing the accurate number even though I’m putting a negative sign in front of expenses… am I doing something wrong?

Great question! I'd organize your categories just by the different types of services you offer. Or, if most of your packages are a blend of different marketing services, then you could just have one product category that's "marketing services" or "marketing consulting." Hope that helps!

Hi, Hope you are doing well. For the materials that are directly attributable to that specific job would be characterized as Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
You didn't actually cover all the steps required to change an Expense Category Name. That would be helpful. There are several options that pop up after changing the text to complete the action so all the money gets tabulated and carried over to the Income Statement. Would you please do another video with all the steps required?
Hi, This looks easy and interesting. I have sent my email so you can send me the spreadsheet. I am wondering too, if this spreadsheet can be converted to Excel...? I am using Excel, and trying to set up my own bookkeeping system with it, and finding that I need better formulas in order to make things more automated. Hoping your sheet can be converted and if your formulas will still work within that conversion. Thank you.
