Makes sense, mum’s not been able to do hair in a while so must’ve been happy to be doing hair! For the daughter it’s boring because you have to wait, and you can see most of the time she is understandably on her phone since there’s nothing else to do in the 3-4 hours. And from accidentally turning my front camera on, I know I’m not smiley all the time😅

Imagine your child actually getting excited to get their hair done when they've had easy hair access their whole life! Yeahh it doesn't happen. I have a 13yr old that's had her hair every color you can think of since she was 3yrs old.. Now I'm like this lady more excited than she is to do her hair.
My family loves me because free haircuts for life :)

Honestly, can't think of more of a dream than my mom being a hairstylist.
IT can be a great blessing, but also a bit hard sometimes. I grew up with a great mom/hairdresser but she mainly did what she wanted to my hair and I never got to try any unnatural colors or anything radically different till I was an adult. I always told her she was an awesome hairdresser, but she never wanted to do anything other than blonde or brown with me >.
My mom was good with hairstyles and she still didn’t like to style my hair

I’m a hairstylist as well and I love seeing that her Mom is SO excited about doing her hair! I could tell she was a good hairdresser not only from her technique, but also her passion for doing hair ❤️ Her daughter is so lucky!

I love how they compliment each other. Especially how she as a mom makes sure to hype up her daughter! That's parenting done right. You have to be your kids biggest fan and tell them.
I'd like more blue but my guess is that would be difficult considering she already has a different colour highlights.

I also hear the same thing and I have a golden light brown, about level 6 chestnut roots and level 7N ish lighter ends and golden baby hairs.. my stylist says the only thing I should ever consider is babylights in the summer. But I dont actually think its unique, its just unique I have kept it virgin this long haha i feel like people with our shade level keep it darker or lighter
Astrid M that’s kind of how my hair is, light-ish warm-ish brown with some blonde highlights. Also my hair texture is wavy/loose curls (but frizzes A LOT 😕)

I bleached the bottom half of my hair and dyed it teal, for the first time ever in March, and it's been awesome. I didn't need a salon mom, but I wish I'd had one just so she could rinse my hair out in the sink for me 😂
