And then to top it off, claims being a victim because he’s black?! The audacity… If it were an enlisted man, he’d be demoted at least one rank, confined to the brig for a short period, THEN discharged under other than honorable. How do I know this? Because I worked with a guy who did less and had that punishment.
Easy to judge when you do not know the whole case there SNCO, sounded like a flimsey case in the first place like a "he said she said". Not saying he did not do it but I have also seen JR Enlisted women who do not get there way do the exact same thing to SNCO's and tank a career. Seen it happen 2 seperate times when female Marines accused senior Marines cause they could not get there way, or they turned them down. What niether of the female Marines knew is we had camera's installed in the office years ago after another inccident. In both cases the female Marines made advances toward a SSGT and another one Against a Gunny, when they were turned down all of a sudden it sexual harrasment. But camera said different. Both female Marines were NJPed and Admin Seped withing a month with OTH'S

Witnesses corroborated enough of their testimony. I was enlisted and then officer. I hold senior enlisted and all officers to a very high standard. While I've seen several E-5 and blow females file false accusations, I've never heard of a career senior NCO or Officer doing this as even filing true, corroborated accusations brings a shadow onto their career.

If it’s in a location where it’s no headgear, no salute area, then no. Also, failing to wear headgear is not a UCMJ offense. It’s a violation of AR 670-1 (or USAF, USN equivalent).
