In this video, we will show you how to insert a thermoplastic toe puff stiffener into your shoe. The toe puff goes in the toe section of the shoes and is what keeps it in shape.

I love this video. Any idea if those thermoplastic toe puff stiffener stretches when a wearer tries to break into shoes if it's a little snug?
Here's a question: Will the cloth side stick to a last? I'm making a design with only half a lining, so none in the toe area. If I apply this Technogi toe puff (cloth side to the last with the bottom edges glued to the insole), then glue the upper leather to it when I do the final lasting, do you think the puff with adhere to the last when it comes time to break the last and remove the shoe? Has anyone ever done that?
Nope, the cloth side doesn't stick to the last so you can totally do this :)
DO you do the same thing for peeptoes and cut away excess? I'd love to see how you work with Peeptoes since youve got how to make a peeptoe pattern!
No need for a toe puff stiffener in peep toes! You may want to add some tape through the middle of thestrap across the toes for support though :)

Yes the shiny side has the adhesive on :)
