@@vapouriser2225 Good, bought it as a surprise for my dearest and she loves it, I will say we are surprised how big it is, a lot bigger than our old one, a good feature is you can fold one side down so it takes half the footprint, currently has the cover on which is very good, well made and the zip access is easy, has vents at the top as well, not sure how much it costs to run, rails get warm not scorching, does warm the small room it’s in a little, 👍

If it costs 6p an hour to run, that's 48p per night. Even at an extortionate KW/h rate of 18p a tumble dryer would cost 43.2p per hour to run. Most electricity companies charge between 13 and 14p per KW/h though. Many modern dryers will do a full load in under an hour now. Even if this airer cost half as much to run (21.6p per night) then based on two washloads per week it would take over 6 years to reap back the £139 cost of the air dryer (assuming you already have a tumble dryer).
Just a thought, in case anyone was thinking of replacing their tumble dryer with this. I think this is ideal for student accommodation and single people without the space for a tumble dryer though.

I guess it depends on the tumble dryer. I've got a Miele washer dryer, and I know combination washer driers aren't as good as separate units, but I tend to find a full load takes up to 3 hours to dry, so I'm definitely thinking this heated airer might be the way forward for me. I don't have the space in my flat for a separate washing machine and tumble dryer, unfortunately.

Hey, it doesn’t make the room it’s in smell damp or anything like that. It airs the clothes out quite well, it gives off enough heat to dry evenly without creating that muggy residue in the air. I know what you mean 😅

Thank you for your video. Just make sure not to use Detergents or Fabric Softeners to wash the clothes with as they cause respiratory illness. When put on a heater in a small room, the chemicals are evaporated much quicker and our lungs absorb higher amount of the chemicals. Health food stores can provide natural healthier cleaning products (Dr. Bronners Unscented, Bio-D, Lillys etc etc) Good Wishes my friend.

    • @will4may175

why is everyone going on about condesation, it's the same if you have radiators in your house that you hang clothes on, or anything else you hang dry clothes on indoors, not everyone wants to have a dryer on or have a garden/right weather.
