Store your Kefir grains in room temperature, but when you would like to slow their production keep them refrigerated. Never put Kefir on high temperatures.

Where can one get the kefir grains . And is it pre boiled milk or just fresh whole milk you added to the kefir grains to continue feeding after the fermentation process?

You are the first one I have seen to say the milk had to be preboiled and then cooled. Never heard of anyone else doing that. What is the purpose?

I prefer it done like that, we cannot have milk any other way, in this channel I share things how I do them in my home.
Everything comes out perfectly okay.
