I had to come back to see it again, this sequence is now the reason why I started street photography seriously and before I get super lost in this I had to document it. Legitimately took some amazing images I'm so proud of yesterday because of the motivation form this video and elijah
That's some serious darkroom time! Thats what it takes to build up a body of fiber work, time, lots of time and patience. Glad to hear of younger artists enjoying the darkroom arts.
Never been much of a 'joiner' but I just subscribed! Inspirational stuff and certainly motivational! I carried a Rollei for almost 30 years and then the Leica came into my life, retired in 2000 and today at the ripe young age of 90 I find myself walking the streets of Mexico daily from early light to dusk, making B and W photos in quest of that special scene that keeps me going. The colors here in MX are stunning, but I still love the isolation of subject matter without distracting color that only Mono. can capture. thanks you for stoking my fires! Elijah you are the man!
Love this series Paulie thanks. The thing about Elijah apart from his incredible photography is despite his height which could be seen as intimidating his smile is so disarming love his attitude. Even though I stand at a lofty 5'6" and have a face like a confused slapped arse I do have the advantage of getting lower angles I just wish I had a smile like Elijah's. Keep up the amazing work fellas cheers
Man those walkie talkies are so great and the people you are featuring are so interesting and willing to open up to you. Excellent Cries for more man, thanks for sharing.
Your videos inspire me a great deal , as a studio art photography major , i am finding my way as a female photographer. your conversation is everything something im working towards 😭🙏🏽
Really terrific This guy has some great insights and a strong vision As to lasting Go for it brother I'm 68 and been making photographs since I was in my early 20s Still going maybe stronger now than then lol
Love the content man. Always interested at the mindset that goes into ppl shooting a random person up close. I live in south beach and it should be easy but on a 24mm it forces u to get close so I tend to stick to my 50mm.
Said it before and I’ll say it again. BEST STREET SERIES ON TH-cam. Thanks Paulie. Keep killin it.
I love the Wisecup episode so far my favourite hahah amazing photos too!
