This house screams old rich. It's tasteful, understated but impactful, luxurious but subtle. Great job to the builders behind this project. You made a prime example of a contemporary Filipino house. This deserves a 5-page feature in a hardbound architectural coffee table book or something.❤

Just a suggestion, would be a lot better to have the architects walk with Julia. I’d be interested to hear what their inspiration and thinking was in designing these homes. But great video, best house yet. 👍🏼

I have seen many property tours but nothing like this one handsdown. This is my go to video on a bad day. It just instantly re energizes me and brings a smile to my face. I just lovee this property just everything about it. Despite being such a humongous one in terms of size, it just feels cozy and warm,just feels right. 😁

This real estate is a work of art. 5 stars all the way! A big space with great character. For it's size, I never had the feeling that there was just empty space. I love it!
Im drooling while watching this. How long have I wished to meet a client that is open minded to different Architectural styles so I can showcase how beautiful Filipino Architecture is because more often than not westerners would opt to meditterenian, spanish or colonial dessign. I will definitely go back to this video to be inspired again and again and again.
This is my second time watching this vid and I just can't get enough of it. This is my dream house I don't think any other house is gonna exceed this one. This is something that made me wanna work real hard for the future. I hope by the time I get to have my own, I can get a place as elegant and beautiful as this one.

OMG, I just love this house. So much thought was put into the design of this home. Fiipiniana classic styles with modern touches. Breathtaking!
Definitely one of my favorite houses featured on Presello. It's elegantly Filipino. And the view, oh my gosh, the view was breathtaking.
This is absolute perfection! Perfect marriage of traditional Filipino elements and contemporary. Props to the Architect/s. Love the decor also. Warm vs cold and clinical aesthetically. Love the layout of the property too, everything is so well planned/thought out. I love that it pays homage to Filipino houses of old, I wish more architects/designers did this. Just love it! PS. I wish the servant's area/quarters and dirty kitchen were shown too though. I'm always curious about those.
Now, this is a beauty. Not overly decorated, matches the surroundings - it's timeless. Houses with columns, mirrors, marbled flooring - that's all great, but they are SO DATED.
This is my favorite house I’ve seen on Presello to date. I love the Filipino modern look. Love all the Filipino art from all over the Philippines. Brings Filipino pride to my heart. I love the view. I miss Tagaytay. Miss the Philippines.
It's really fun watching videos like this where people know what they're talking about. It's very educational especially with the terminologies they discuss about the architectural aspect of the property.
I remember staying up late every Sunday night, back in the days, waiting for urban zone hosted by Daphne. That's a piece of my childhood. ❤️❤️❤️

Such a young architect. His work definitely exceeds his age
Love the house, it's like a modernized bahay kubo but built on steel stilts. Traditionally bahay kubos are built in bamboo used as poles or foundation which is a meter above the ground to have that airflow from underneath the bamboo floors. This house is very nice modern type of bahay kubo. It still screams Filipino House.

I'm in love with this house! I've seen lots of house tours but this tops even the biggest mansions~ The layout, materials and the use of space~ No corner is wasted, every room is functional and beautiful~ And again the materials! Intricate details, subtle but impactful!
Deym, if I would have to live on that mansion, I wouldn't touch my gadget, my cp or my game console, I will definitely always enjoy living in there, only my camera. Damn, why would somebody have to be extremely rich and not me?!

I love this episode! Before Julia and some other house tour stars on TH-cam, Daphne was the queen of house tours on her defunct ABS-CBN show in early 2000s called Urban Zone! I miss watching Daphne on TV. Such a classy lady.
By the way, this is the MOST BEAUTIFUL home ever featured for a house tour! Ang ganda! Filipino home indeed! Screams pride of our own architecture! Who would need an American, Mediterranean, Victorian inspired home if you can have this? Well, for me, this is a gem! Much more beautiful than any celebrity homes I have seen on the internet and TV. I know that Tagaytay view-point quite well, overlooking the lakes below - a deep drop buzzing with life. It can suddenly get quite cold there at times at nights, like 16degrees around the clifftops, very low clouds and lots of it, sometimes. There is a fairly high-end hotel called Lake Hotel along that way which shares this very view. Very nice.
Absolutely spectacular, this mansion reminds me of that $38M mansion at Calabasas, California though this is the Filipino ver., anyways more power to your Presello channel love watching every episode!

I’d like to suggest for your camera man to focus the camera to the places/things that you are describing at the moment. I’ve been noticing it for so long and I just had to comment it now. 😅 they can focus the camera at the object for a longer period of time instead of just moving the camera around and back to you. I love watching house tours from Disney Channel and National Geographic . This one is on a different level due to being able to blend the new and the past without noticeable boundary . Unique and beautiful . The one on skirt is very intelligent and so natural . I’ve watch the whole thing and saved it. I wish I’ll have a chance to have another house built and this time in Philippines on a hectare of land with huge trees and view of the ocean and coast lines . Camotes Islands ?
