How do I push myself to study? Before covid I had the habit of studying and it stayed till 2/3 months and after that I got too lazy but right now my exams are coming but I don't have any motivation to study. I can't even study for 30 minutes so if you could provide some help to help me focus I would be grateful
Write a schedule of want to get done, when and by when, and then stick to it. It may be hard at the beginning, but this simple thing that can be done 10 min the night before or the morning of the day is one of the most rewarding techniques. The schedule doesn't have to be super strict, but it has to have a balance with your obligations and your leisure activities. Hope this helps! :) (Oh! and also, always overestimate the time you are going to take to do stuff, that way you end up having more time for yourself at the end of the day)
