ILS- finish chapter 1 3. torts- finish chapter 1 4. sociology- finish chapter 3 🟢 session finished 🟡 in progress 🔴 didn't start/finish 🟢session 1 2:03pm- 3:03pm finish designing + look through the syllabus and plan the other sessions design is finished but it looks like shit. i literally have no creative ideas rn. ill look into more inspo and come back during break. i looked into the syllabus and lorrrddd i have a lot to study its only 2:50 but ill move on to the next task. wrote some notes for ILS. i think i need to start studying tho, notes won't help rn 🟢session 2 3:13pm- 4:13pm ILS i continued with the notes because i do have time, and im just becoming anxious about the exams. i need to calm down. i have a meeting at 4:30pm so im gonna continue with ILS because i don't need much time for it but i do need a lot of time for torts. alright so that meeting went on for way too long. so ill complete ILS chapter and revise the entire chapter. ill focus on the other two subjects more tomorrow. tomorrow i have some serious studying to do

Hi buddy, doctors usually prescribe a relatively large does of melatonin, I’d recommend 1-3mg, that shouldn’t make it hard for you to wake up (considering melatonin has a half life of 1-2 hours it’s out of your system in 10h MAX… prolly more like 5-8 hours tbh) that dosage should give you a good nights sleep and mitigate the side effects. Consider giving it another chance

If you've got a couple of minutes, I'd like to ask you this: how do you study? do you prepare flashcards? do you write summary sheets of your lecture notes + book? Please explain, quite curious of how you got to 7 or 12 hours of deep focus.
read deep work from cal newport and he doesn't use flashcards. its pretty hard to make them when ur reading about computers. he does spaced repetition. and yea he writes what he reads. sorry for the late reply.
