    Looks very impressive for a mouse with rgb, especially for under $20USD. I’ve recently purchased the Red Dragon Wireless Gamepad & Mouse Combo here in Australia on sale for roughly $75USD and I’m happy with the purchase decision as these will go with my gaming laptop. Enjoyed the review, your content and format. Great job! 🥰🥰👍🤯🥳🎉

    • @Soul2356
      @Soul2356 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm a Palm User myself and I can say after using this Gaming Mouse, it hasn't been all that bad especially if you're using it for PUBG, although using it for Apex Legends was a bit of a challenge due to the mouse being a little heavier but what I can say is that occasionally it did help my aiming accuracy far more than my old gaming mouse which was lightweight, in SplitGate, I felt like when I was zoom scoping in on my targets, the accuracy was just like from before but I think it may have been the way how I was setting my DPI up. Overall a comfortable mouse for a Palm Grip User just like myself as well so there you have it.

    I just bought this mouse after my SECOND Corsair M65 Pro stopped registering the scroll click. I think I'm done forever with Corsair mice, which is sad because I have another M65 non-pro that's still working flawlessly for 6+ years. They make great keyboards and SSDs, but my last two mice from them each barely lasted a year before they started losing functionality. I think the weight at 110g won't be an issue for me since the M65 without weights is around 115g. Fingers crossed the $18 mouse ends up being what I need.

    • @LazyTacoProductions
      @LazyTacoProductions ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kenpachi2905 not sure I’m trying to figure out if it’s hardwired to be a signal that sends the same signal as 3 regular clicks or if it’s no different then an assigned macro. I believe it’s the former but a game can still catch it just by timing the MS between ur clicks being the exact same whenever u use it unless the redragon designers made the rapid fire have an alternating ms of time per shot during rapid fire mode. (Which would be going the extra mile to ensure their customers can cheat lol)

    • @LazyTacoProductions
      @LazyTacoProductions ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kenpachi2905 I would test it on Fortnite if I had the time since the game is free and it has a pretty strict anti cheat. And RuneScape which I know has extremely detectable anti cheats for macros. It’s probably fine tho considering it’s only 3 clicks which isn’t even drag click speeds so it’s not easily detectable and the reviewer seems to be just fine using it in War zone.

    • @LazyTacoProductions
      @LazyTacoProductions ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@kenpachi2905 but the sensor on this mouse is kinda garbage with only 125hz polling rate and low tracking speeds so I believe so you wouldn’t really being getting a full advantage. The M991 has a high end 3370 sensor and rapid fire button though. And the M801 and m810 have good enough mid tier 3325 sensors and rapid fire button.

    I grabbed one on sale for $14, and I just started using it. I like building my own game controllers, so even if I hate the mouse (I don't,) $14 is a good price for the optical sensors and switches.
    While I would agree that it's pretty good for a very cheap mouse, it is a very cheap mouse. My first reaction upon plugging it in was, "Yikes, that strobing effect on the LEDs is awful!" As it turns out, it isn't an intentional effect. The LED dimming uses a misery-inducing PWM that some people will see as a very rapid flickering. For some reason it isn't bothering me now, but at first power-up, it was bad. Maybe it's the change in room lighting. Even without that, the RGB looks a bit cheap, with darker & lighter areas, and cheesy blink modes.
    The stiff braided cable is awful. Even after un-kinking it from the factory folds, it's still annoying. I've never considered using a cable bungie before now. It's something that I suspect will continue to cause issues as I use it in different environments. The rubber pad on the left side provides nearly adequate thumb grip, though I have a hunch that'll wear fairly rapidly. The fact that the rest of the mouse is smooth and slick is a problem for me. My work mouse, the Logitech M720 Triathlon, has grippy material all along the left, back, and right sides--everyplace I grab it. The Logitech has a humpback shape that fits very well against my palm, whereas the Redragon has a slick back and top, and a shallow slope where my palm hits it. Especially for people with dry skin, this is a recipe for rocket-mouse--reaching for it, and launching it away before getting a solid grasp on it. This isn't horrific, but the shape doesn't fit my hand as well as the Logitech, and it's harder to grab. I'm probably in the minority on this, but I like a heavier mouse. The Triathlon is only slightly heavier, but feels much, much more solid in the hand.
    The sensor and button responsiveness feels good--surprisingly good. The scroll wheel is detented, and also feels good. You can't switch off the friction/detent as you can with a Logitech mouse, but that's a minor issue for me. The lift-off distance isn't as bad as another commenter mentioned--about 1/4"--maybe three times that of the Logi Triathlon. The Redragon software isn't signed, and looks clumsy. I'm going to examine it in a VM with Wireshark before I install it on an Internet-connected PC. Everything about Redragon shouts, "Generic Cheap Chinese Stuff" to me. I must say that I'm generally impressed with the sensor's tracking, and the feel of the buttons & wheel. With some slight modifications to the case shape and grips, it could be be a really good mouse--even a great mouse, considering the price. I'm speculating a bit here, but I have a feeling that the Redragon M612 won't prove to be very durable. If all the switches still work well in six months, I'll be pleasantly surprised.
