I had some yogurt I needed to use up so I made these tonight to go with supper. Sooo good!!! I could just eat these by themselves. Forget the rest of the dinner !
Since you said you had to add some more water during the mixing process, I used 2 cups of flour instead of 2 1/4c. Dough came out perfect! I am going to add more salt next time as they tasted like they needed more. Maybe I’ll use 1tsp instead of 1/2tsp. I wonder if I can make my tortillas in the bread machine as well??
I haven’t tried that yet but it is on my list. I don’t see why you couldn’t. We made these Monday and they were moist. Im pretty sure I added too much yogurt which is why. I didn’t feel like measuring 😂
Made the Naan bread last night and it was a hit! Would it be possible to freeze the dough for later use? My husband liked it so much, I think he’s gonna want it all the time. Lol

I have frozen them after I cooked them and that worked. I just defrosted them and reheated in a pan. Not sure about the dough but I bet it would work.
@@LittleHillHomesteadGa I’ll try it and let you know.
These would actually make great hot dog buns!!
