One of the points of slow cooker cooking is one pot. Instead of using another pot for the pasta, Add some water and dried pasta in the crockpot and cook it all together. The pasta will be tastier because it was cooked in the sauce.
Not everyone can afford higher end stuff if you have been to the grocery store lately it’s not the same as it was a few years ago everything is quadrupled in price you get what you can get his family is not going hungry is all that matters
