It doesn't matter. Riot does almost nothing to deal with cheaters, win traders, etc. Even if they get banned, they'll just make a new account and ruin hundreds more games grinding back to this rank. It's an embarrassing look, the amount of blatant cheating they have at high levels of play.
If you were the Xerath, would you shoot a second shot on someone that went in zero vision during a baron play? Any Xerath main would do the same. That E airborne is also not that insane of a play as what you think it is compared to other actual Xerath montages

riot always waits with bans for scripters until they can get them all at once. otherwise the people making scripts get information on how riot found them. takes slightly longer but its much more efficient

The 3:57 to 4:04 interaction calls it. I have never seen a Xerath just fully cast all his R in a straight line like that, sure Baus was moving towards him and ghosted after the 1st shot, but he just insta cast it on the path like bruh.

I've done this before on Xerath, it isn't super hard or anything, you just follow the character and spam R on fire reset. The super fishy stuff is the switches on target really fast with vision change; some of the baron fighting was so blatent

As a Xerath main, the most obvious evidence that the Xerath was scripting was the fact that his W's were all pixel perfect on the middle of any stunned target. Normal Xerath player W's will most of the time be slightly off the middle. Also the change in target at 12:03 is an almost impossible flick. They would have to flick their mouse so fucking quickly to shoot in such quick succession, not to mention manging to actually hit the target LMAO

Theoriccally you have 4/9 chanse to get scripter,afker etc in your team, as you take 1 slot and 5/9 on enemy.
Chanses for scripting xerath are equal if you queue as top/jg/adc, 1/3 vs 2/3 on enemy if queue as supp/mid.

Keep in mind how the game doesn't register height in game so for us players when we see the in-game model we THINK that is the Hitbox but in reality is FAR lower, the dude manages to predict it perfectly.
