@@rezal643 The states thing is kind of confusing for Europeans because we don't really have anything like it, the closest thing we have is the countries that make up the UK, so it's kind of a valid question but awkwardly worded. The idea that different parts of the same country can have such different laws is pretty weird for non-Americans.

Sion is just plain unfair in WR played 20 games and have an 85% WR. They cant do anything. Games fun but unbalanced. Quite fun still though.

@@indyzaga turrets "charge" the damage on the turret shots for each consecutive shot on champions. For example: lets say the first hit does 100 dmg, the second does 160, the third 220, and like that to a maximum of 3/4 charges (it think). However, the turret loses all those stacks after 2-3 seconds of not hitting a champion, so in this case, the turret shot took so long to hit Baus that the tower had lost all of the stacks.
@@indyzaga The time between the tower shots was long enough that it lost the ramp up damage. I think precisely it is because the turret hit another target (a minion) before the turret shot reached him because he ulted.
@@indyzaga I think it was because he ulted away last tower shot hit him very late when there is wasn`t stacks from previous ones so it did less damage
@@indyzaga i think he means that even if the tower shoot and the projectile flys directly to you, you won't get any damage if the tower gets destroyed

Hmm maybe because when people normally play the game they don't try to trick the system. It's illogical that there is no vision there and people probably assume that it shows you . Only select few of the player base likes to bother with finding bugs
@@nemanjap8768 Baus literally abused Sions ult bug for years before it was fixed a few months ago. He also abused the Quinn bug against Cassiopea where she nullifies her ult. Baus also regularly goes into practice tool to find bugs.

It's technically possible to create two versions of the stream, one for live and one for local files - but it would take the use of a capture card and second computer, probably not worth the effort

SOMEONE CALLED BAUS PHONE CASE A BOOMER PHONE CASE 💀
Why does he go cull every game? It costs 450, then once you complete it you get 450 back. Then you sell it for 180. So he is only up 180 gold, but delayed his next item purchase by a considerable amount especially since it's not even very effective on Sion either unlike if he went negatron cloak this game.
He farms extremely well so his cull is completed early in the game which gives him "free" stats for a long duration before he sells it. It's a scaling item and we all know Sion is a scaling machine. Baus doesn't care to win or lose his laning phase, he just wants to scale :)
Hes gonna die either way usually even with his sunfire, might aswell get even more of an gold advantage out of it
if he went a normal starter item he would only get the 180 -160 gold for selling it later. Unlike other starter items (not counting support items) cull effectively gives you a refund on its purchase on top of the value for selling it. He gets to have another starter item without having to lose the money on it when the quest completes.
7 AD is actually not terrible on SIon as well
