This rebuild might be the best rebuild of anything I've ever watched. Maybe bc I love watching bikes get rebuilt but this is amazing. Job very well done. Thank you for videos like this
The attention to details of the restoration of this bike and the video production is brilliant. Its really addictive to watch. Big thank you for doing this.
I have the exact same bike that I just pulled out of our barn. It ran after years of sitting after I changed the spark plug and inspected the inside of the cylinder to make sure there was nothing hiding in there. The clutch discs were shot to that was replaced and after that the bike ran and rode. The air box, carb, and exhaust are what I had the most trouble with and just rigged it up to make it work right. After seeing this I can tell what needs to be done to make it right again. Thanks!
Just one more thing, the bike runs so rich it doesn't need any choke to start it! Lol. Maybe need to look into rejetting it or just tuning it up a little
I don’t know how I didn’t find your channel sooner!! Watched them all and Love the build, looking forward to the finish and whichever one you pick next Keep it up, you put out some amazing content
keep up the awesome work, not sure if you noticed but when you put the jubilee clip around the rubber boot to airbox it bottomed out on the captive nut side doesnt look like it clamped properly to seal the boot onto the airbox. love the videos as always although slightly gutted that its not the original carb though
Love the black expansion chambers, I don't go for the chrome variants, black just goes better on all mx bikes I reckon. I want a stock one for mine too but I might look into recolouring it with exhaust paint or something if they can't be bought anymore.
Just watched this whole series since last night. Amazing attention to detail and workmanship. I had a 90 model and loved that thing. Can I ask are you buying most of your parts from your local Suzuki dealer or do you buy from American websites like alphasports?
Thanks mate. Parts have come from a variety of places. Partzilla in the states, CMSNL in the Netherlands and Mick Hone motorcycles in Melbourne. Then there’s eBay as well...
the most neat, systematic, scientific and close to not so modified looks rebuilder in youtube

Love all of these videos. This is easily the most satisfying build to watch.

That NOS exhaust is unreal!! Noting better then finding rare shit like that. I love NOS.
Great choice. The Keihin PWK is an outstanding carburetor.
Getting tantalizingly close to the end! Braaap!!!
Wow looking stunning.

Amazing work!! Looks incredible.
What a find. If you just had the OEM muffler to match. And mop up that air filter! What a mess!! OCD kicking in. Cheers!

Planning on a question and answer video soon - maybe I can add a workshop tour to that...

Tip for exhaust gasket is to put a little grease on them to help them stay in place while fitting the pipe*
I love it👏🏼👏🏼👍🏻
A very great job!!💪💨
Wow! Just amazing
I know it’s not just me who will watch this video about 10 times until the next one comes out...

Hi Brandon my kit is from ‘Jane Kits’. If you search google you’ll find them. Well worth the investment for a restoration...
Thanks bud!!Keep the quality builds and vidz coming!!!
I love this bike. Do you restore bikes for a living? do you sell the bike when it's done?
I wish I could! Hard to make a living doing it though!
Your vids are outstanding! Is amstudio also your work?
Thank you! Just a hobby.
Do you still have the original mikuni carb that was in the video im missing the carb on mine but i have the needle spring and top
