The bike looks absolutely fantastic I'll for sure be coming to have a look at this when it's on show, your attention to detail and knowledge are second to none and I doubt there is a better example of a 1992 rm250 in the world! On another note perhaps before you start the CR resto you could do a video of the bikes you have restored in the past and currently own, I'm sure a man like yourself has quite the collection.

The care and attention to detail that you put into the build is inspiring. I also really enjoyed the fabrication that you did. Don't have a specific tool, just build one. Don't have the proper carburetor inlet, here's an old brass bolt, let's fabricate one. You are very talented! Congratulations on such an amazing rebuild!

I found your channel by dumb luck, shortly after aquiring a 1992 RM250 listed as free on the local Craigslist. Complete and in very good condition for the price,the previous owner had given up after not getting spark and a healthy amount of money spent in the process. I had not even considered riding bikes again after a serious crash twenty years ago had pretzeled the forks on my RM400 and compressed two vertebrae in my back,but the arrival of the 250 and the recent retirement from work sparked the dormant need to roost!! Now after just completing the restoration of my 3rd dirtbike (the '92 RM250,a "82 Husqvarna 250CR swedish left-kicker basket case, and a '97 Honda CR250 needing very little repair, I realize the videos you produced in the series on your RM250 and the detail and precision you applied motivated viewers to strive for perfection and persevere through the setbacks and keep your eye on the goal. The end result is worth all the effort and a source of pride that cannot be bought at any price. Thank you.sir,and keep the fire stoked!

How do you not have a million subs is beyond me but thank you for your time, dedication, and outright genius on this. What a beautiful, beautiful job. I've seen 100's of restauration videos/series. None has been as thourogh as yours. Just bought a - 94 rm250 for $300 and found myself on your channel. Your restauration is perfect, eccept one thing.. The finish of the carb... Why oh why did you put a pitted carb on there? But other than that, the best restauration I've seen. Would love to see you do another project. And why you don't have ALOT more subs so you could make a living out of this I don't understand. I will re-watch and like all you videos just to try to help spreading your content.

Your greater tools for restoring are the lathe and the mill and, last but not least, the chemical process to make the plating, I miss so much these technologies. Can I ask you the final cost of this restoration, how did you found all these spare parts and the final destination of the motorbike? Thanks!
Great work. I love everything but the decals on the plastic cover. In my opinion the covers should be yellow to match the bike with black decals. Impeccable work great attention to detail great job 👏
The family across the park that raced when I was young used to have these, I think these and the KDX 250 were my dream bikes growing up. Now I have a 2008 WR450F fully modded out that I bought brand new and the sad part is it's only got 2600k's on it😓

Love this series.. last bike I raced was a 92 RM250 and what a nice bike it was. I got a tuff one for you to do.. find a 97 Kawasaki Tecate 250 and do a full rebuild on that. Ya.. I owned one of those as well.. lol.

thanks mate , i had them new as teenager , while every wanted a good car i bought new bike every year for 14 years straight, had them , now wanting th kx 450 19 model, old bikes can get rust inside frame and can kill ya when they brake jumping big, so don't really interest me anymore , great work mate tho, hey kx 500 new blow smoke rings for first 2 hours, my rm was full yellow with sligshot sickers

Another answer for the barbs in the fuel line being different sizes, the fuel line for the Yamaha DT200R is different each end because it had the same problem from the factory. It would have gone straight on but you can see the upset in the hose, where as changing the barb looks perfect.
No joke this is my 3rd time watching this build from start to finish and it still blows me away. Absolutely stunning restoration man, i really do hope you have another planned for the channel.
Where u get all your parts from I got a 92 rm250 and need a lot of parts to restore it checked eBay they have a lot of parts but very pricey was trying o get a full rebuild kit

So I’ve just finished binge watching the entire build for the RM250. I can honestly say I’ve never seen a better build series period. The attention to detail, literally down to the smallest screw is simply incredible. You should be very satisfied with what you’ve done here. Suzuki need to buy this for their heritage museum!

Great example of going the extra mile to preserve originality, as much as possible.
I had one brand new,hated it bought a 94 Honda cr250 and a 96 Honda cr250 and I still have them and race them.
