    Open water swimming in cold British waters in winter & spring can be quite daunting to newbies & potentially deadly if you don't approach it right. But if you follow some simple rules you can safely experience the invigorating experience.
    Open water swimming has lots of health benefits, including:

    I avoid cold water shock by avoiding cold water 😂😂 I'm a fair weather swimmer 👌

      😂That is absolutely the best way to avoid it!! Sadly I have a race in 2 weeks, so have no choice but to put my big girl pants on & get on with it 🙈
