This is the idea my son had last year. We bought a harness but I like the tire idea way better. My son used a metal disk, like they use for farming when disking up the fields and had a rebar welded in the center to drop weights onto it. But with our gravel driveway, the metal disk is really really loud clanging and scared the goat badly last year. I think I'll rig up a tire for his goat this year to try out instead and see how that works out!

How far does he walk with the tire, or how long does he work with the tire each time? Is it every day you do this, or is it staggered through the week?

Do your goats stay in your barn the entire time or do you have a pasture? Were looking to buy some land and am curious how others have it set up

what would you advise to do if i only have grass and fields in my property?
Feed a good feed and mineral
How do you make them wider on their back side. Also do you have like a breakdown schedule from day 1 to show ? Exercise and lead included
Cross what you have with a animal that have a wide back side
We always have our animals ready to go in the show ring the only thing we change is we start washing them about a month out.
Would you or could you do this same training for a billy goat ?
I do have videos of working with goats they all train all the same.

We get started on the halter then move them over to pulling the tire
