Glad he was able to do the inside of the pipes too! A lot of coaters try to skimp out on that. Same finish I have. Did the X-pipe too. Dam sucks that they peeled. Thats a PIA I normally disconnect the coil packs if I want it to turn over and not fire. Just the motivation I needed to finish mine. Waiting on my new Trackspec radiator and crank pin kit. Glad you're at least up & running! No quite in you.
Cerecoating in better than ceramic; With ceramic, my header guy told me the polished finish is more durable than the black finish. Less likely to degrade with oils, fluids, etc. I've had matte black ceramic coated and polished. Never wrapped headers because it's ugly and messy. I'm glad you saved the car. Looking forward to the improvements !! 💯

My headers sitting the same at the moment but my lifters Johnson 2116lsr are back ordered so I’m just short block and subframe in and back together but got a new McLeod since I lost spacers on my first one I double check my harness everyday first time doing a motor refresh or even pulling so a little nervous
i’m pairing my blower to match my intake and piping. Should look good, you should give it a shot since you’ve got a lot of other powder coating you’re doing. Do you regret notching the cowl for the intake to fit?
Have you tried changing the pig tail for the throttle body mine did the same shit annoying as hell ended up being the connector Back and fourth with throttle bodies and that wasn’t the issue
