Well, yes. But you completely omit what to do with the sandbox business account. I'm reliably informed that you have to use both a personal account AND business account. So what do you do with the business account? Is the business account supposed to represent me, the trader? Or what?

Sandbox payments are not real but it gives a good way to test a few things while someone is setting things up. When you are ready to go live, you can create a test product for $1 and do a live/normal transaction using your own credit card or you can request a family member to do a transaction using their PayPal account. This can give you 100% confidence that everything is working.

Hi, Sandbox payments are not real payments. Anything that happens in the sandbox.paypal.com domain is purely for testing purpose.
