I made this recipe today & turned out so soft & fluffy..I just add little bit of flour coz it's a bit wet it's hard to manage for kneading. Never though this could be much better taste than with milk & egg. Thank u so much for sharing ur recipe. For sure I'll keep on making this. 😋😋👍👌
I made this today but I used bread flour and added more than the all Purpose flour, and it turned out great too! We love the sweetness of the bread and reminded us of the pandesal we buy from home! Thanks for sharing this recipe! I've been following some of your other bread recipe!! God bless!

Hello! Yes. You can use bread flour instead. But the texture will be different. Bread makes the bread chewy texture, but it's fine. All purpose flour gives the bread soft and moist. If you use bread flour, add a little bit of water since bread flour is more liquid absorbent than all purpose flour.

There is something wrong with the water given, I follow all esp the flour in grams and knead it for 20 minutes and it is just so sticky even ading 1 cup of flour so I add again cup of flour to it but still i did not reach that smooth and elastic dough and still so sticky... and the result is I add 2 or 3 cups of flour is just so sticky ...the 2nd time I used cup for flour by using a spoon...and the grams of flour this time so it went to 570grams of flour but still i need to add almost 2 cups of flour...cause it is just so sticky even i religously do the kneading..cause I am thinking maybe i not doing the kneading right...
Hello. There are different types of flour and gluten content. Its okay to add flour if the dough is too wet. Just continue kneading until the dough become smooth qnd elastic. Or rest the for 10 to 15 minutes just to activate the gluten then knead again.
I tried this recipe just now for the 2nd time. I did the exact procedure and measurements and always turns out sticky even tho already put additional cup of flour. I just wasted 2 batch worth of ingredients into making this recipe.
You need to knead super long about 20 minutes the more you fold it and the more you smash it on the board the more the gluten will develop putting oil in your hand before kneading and while kneading continuesly helps you to knead your dough without irritation because of the stickiness in your hands, it takes time and tiring but you will see the result when you continuously kneading it without resting.
@@senjusama8518 I used stand mixer and been running for 15mins at 2x speed. On my third try I added additional 1 1/2 cup apf flour, gradually adding to the recipe mixture. It solved the problem of stickiness and the pandesals still turned out soft and it tasted great. So yeah, I think there's a problem with the recipe since I'm not the only one who experienced it.

Ano po ba ang texture ng dough po wet po ba o dry. Pagpahingahin nyo po muna ang dough mga 15 minutes tapos i knead nyo po uli.
I don’t know about you all but mine was dry, the dough was a little dry so I added more water. Still the dough wasn’t soft. 😢
