Birdy is definitely an angel. I mean like she has so much light, she don't need to do anything... all she need is a piano and her amazing voice. I love her shyness and her simplicity it makes everything more pure.

Birdy is such a talented singer, songwriter, and pianist. Although this song is a passionately sung, caring song., it is important to mention (on behalf of those of us who have achieved, through the Grace of God and the 12 steps, long term quality sobriety which changed EVERYTHING for us and thus others) that "People Help the People Help Themselves" would be a much better message. She was and is young and probably not herself at any risk of being addicted to alcohol or other drugs so has a hard time understanding the true nature of addiction. Only the lost and drunken/addicted people can make the decision to seriously seek and work out their own recovery with their Higher Power. Funding for solid treatment and support can be very helpful but the chemically dependent person has to be the one to change. And the only way to change is TO Change. Signed, one who knows.

A friend,19 Y.O, who was loved by everyone.He was a jolly kid,always made jokes,always had that smile on his face,the sun the lightens our school.It was his last year in high school,taking his last exams,was gonna graduate for sure.But,one day,on his dad's birthday,even his older brother came back home from Holland to celebrate the birthday. But, on his dad's birthday,he was on his way to get ready.He got into a tragic accident,never saw that smile again. They played this at his funeral RIP TIMO
