I'm finding your videos really helpful, and am downloading both your free spreadsheets and your interior estimating and accounting sheets - they look really good and enormously easier to use than what I've been using! That's Great! thanks so much for doing this, I'm starting and definitely going to give it a try. My struggle right now is on getting leads and making my first sale because I don't have any reviews. My partner has a lot of experience as a subcontractor working in new construction homes but we want to get into the repaint business.
Thanks for sharing, I would play the underdog card, Its a true statement to say at an estimate that this job means more to you then other painting businesses where its just another job. People like to cheer and root for underdogs so don't be shy sharing you new and starting out.

Your estimating videos have really helped me be sure that im charging what im worth, and helped remove that pit in my stomach i sometimes get mid-way through a job about "am i going to make enough money on this?" I will definitely try out your CRM. My biggest bottle neck in my painting business right now, is marketing. I perpetually struggle to keep my pipeline full of new customers and estimates. I have busy periods and then completely dead periods that sometimes last weeks or even a month. So any help on that topic would be greatly appreciated!
