Lucky you! We love Vancouver Island soooo much. I'm actually just editing a video now about an adventure that we did along the Sayward Forest Canoe Circuit. We can't wait to go back. Enjoy your spring! Yaz 🙂
You'll have to come back! LOL! We actually did another big tree quest around that area in October that I will eventually make a video about. I'm so time starved! We explored the Carmanah Walbran Provincial Park area and saw the Cheewhat Giant. WOW! Port Renfrew is an awesome place to use as a base to explore. Big trees, beaches, waterfalls, surfing, the epic Juan De Fuca hiking trail... Absolutely love that area. Have a great spring and thank you so much for watching! 🙂Yaz
I could say the same about your adventures! I've got a variety of fun adventures in the works. I just need to find time to edit, which I am sure you can appreciate as a fellow video storyteller. Editing is an adventure in itself. Take care and keep exploring!
Dave, you are so much fun! Thank you for being such an incredible adventure buddy. AND, thank you for supporting my adventures in video creation. I know it's weird having a third wheel (camera). Can we say 'awkward'? Love you so much xo
Hello Annika! I had two colleagues from work highly recommend Deerhaven Cabin, and it did not disappoint. It's by a big park, I saw lots of deer and rabbits, and it's soooo quiet. Dreamy. You would need to book through Airbnb and look for East Sooke, Deerhaven Cabin. If you like a peaceful escape by nature, with amazing hosts, this is the place!
Lovely! I can’t believe this is where I live!

I was at a surfing beach there back in 2001 , it was a hippie establishment . We never made it to the huge trees 😢😢
