Happy belated birthday Rick, wish I was so young !!! Im pushing towards 70 lol, loving your video s of Scootland, Mull of Galoway, and now ,Inverness aways brings back memories for us , the Mk 1 Cavalier,s we had a 2ltr in the orange tan simulator to the one you filmed, we towed our Swift caravan all around Scotland, staying around Inverness, black Isle many times.
That was great Rick, enjoyed that, you don’t see many classic car shows on a high street, very apt really as one time that’s where you’d have seen some of them back in their day, on the side of a street or driving along a Mai road. For me the experience of a classic car is being able to see, hear and smell it, which you did there. That 3 wheel pickup btw is a Relianf Ant. Thanks again Rick.
It was a herald, not a vitesse. Also the chevette was an extra rare HSR and one of the finest on display you never even mentioned was the black Vauxhall Cresta
Some great cars, spotted my very first in there, the Hillman Super Minx estate. Nice Mk1 P6, I always thought the earlier none power steering model drove nicer. The GMC Astro van, we had one as a daily driver for over ten years and it is probably one of the best vehicles we have owned. Chris.
What a result on your holiday. Was a Reno16TX , my mum in laws caught fire when we borrowed it 🤦🏻♂(1984,ex mum in law 😂) Car of the show for me would be the Escort van 👍
Well done Ricky, bonus birthday video! My wife never believes me when we 'stumble' upon a classic car show 😂
It’s her itinerary we’re following on the tour so I’m safe!
Some great cars, nice impromptu video. Happy Birthday 🎉
Thank you 🤗
Wonderful video Rick!
Looks like you had a very nice birthday! Belated birthday wishes!
Thank you very much!

As I said it was all on the fly with no research and time to check anything

Great impromptu car show. Wonderful P reg Cavalier mk1 coupe, there is a Scottish garage importing mk2 Escorts, so maybe where those 2 came from
