I’m 37 and currently going through my 1st miscarriage as we speak. My 52 year old husband and I got pregnant on our 1st try. I’m hopeful that it is what you said and it’s the abnormalities because of my age. It’s very real and a very painful experience. Thank you for not ignoring our losses.💞✨
Update- Today is 2/20/22 and I’m pregnant again! The lines are way darker and keep getting darker! (Original post was 1/25/2022) Even more of an update- Had our first ultrasound yesterday (3/10), I’m 6+1, fetal pole seen, healthy yoke sack and 117 heart rate for baby! Looks like a viable pregnancy thus far! God gets all of the glory!
@@Loveandkindness33 omg congrats. This post just made me so so much more hopeful for the future. I am 35 and the first time I tried I got a chemical pregnancy loss with a very very faint line….I was thinking maybe something was wrong and I wouldn’t be able to carry a pregnancy.
@@Loveandkindness33 Thank you for this. I am also 37-years-old and I believe I'm having a chemical pregnancy right now. I had an IUI and was on fertility meds this round. This was supposed to be our rainbow baby. I had a missed miscarriage last year at 36.

Thank you for not ignoring chemical pregnancies. I lost my baby at 6 weeks and it was difficult to just view it as something that happens. My Dr advised me to go through a few things just to make sure that nothing else is going on beside the said common chemical pregnancy. This video is a very useful information and another reason why we should listen more ❤️

I'm currently on my 10th cycle of ttc and have had 4 chemical pregnancies so far.. I'm 3 days from when my period is supposed to start and have tested very faintly positive again... I'm 37 and my partner is 48 - so I'm not expecting us to have the easiest time getting pregnant.. I trust that when a chemical pregnancy happens, it wasn't viable and we should be thankful that our bodies work as intended... ❤I'm praying for a healthy baby ❤

I’m 33 years old and have been TTC for 4.5 years. I’ve had 4 chemical pregnancies (both IVF & natural) in 10 months on immune suppressants. I’m so glad this clinic recognises that the mothers immune as a likely problem in recurrent chemicals.
What is the drug used to suppress the immune system? I'd like to ask my doctor about it

I’ve had two chemical pregnancies that I’m aware of. I’ve been trying for three years to have another baby. I am 40 years old, and I’m heartbroken.
I'm an OB nurse, and drs always told me a chemical pregnancy usually means something was wrong with the embryo, at least in natural pregnancies. Many women have unknowingly had one or more of these, and never realized it. It would just present as a late period, perhaps slightly heavier than usual.
I have had it a few times over the years.
So is it only the embryo or may be any problem with uterus that causes chemical pregnancy?
@@akankshajain8090 it's typically the embryo not forming correctly on the correct timeline, but sometimes it can be an inhospitable womb lining environment. Both factors have to be perfect for a viable pregnancy to develop. If the lining is too thin, the embryo cannot burrow in and establish a blood supply for nourishment, and will stop developing.
@@labornurse also can maternal immune system be the reason for this? I have had 4 of these.. my lining is perfect according to doctor
@@akankshajain8090 there are some genetic disorders that clot the forming placenta, and some autoimmune disorders create antibodies that have been theorized to cause issues. The autoimmune angle needs to be explored through bloodwork with a reproductive endocrinologist.
37 years old and going through my second chemical pregnancy in a row. 3 months apart. It’s so confusing because I got pregnant so easily with my 3 year old and I’m significantly healthier, physically and mentally now versus then.
Awe, if I had a girl I would have named her Emilia. I was wanting to know about bloodtype compatibility because all I've known was that there would be complications later in a pregnancy if the mother was RH negative and had developed RH positive antibodies and the baby was positive...ah heck the whole topic is soooo complicated to me.

Im in my late 20s and have had 2 chemical pregnancies. I feel so defeated. I spent a decade and a half preventing pregnancy and now after almost 2 years off BCP, I’ve gotten pregnant twice and 2 miscarriages. I just got a kit to test my hormones but I’m scared to get pregnant.

Would it be fair to say that if someone experiences a chemical pregnancy a few cycles after an 8 week miscarriage, is this a sign that her body was just not quite ready for a new pregnancy ? Or should it be treated as 2 losses in a row? And I'm referring to a chemical loss that occurs within just a couple days of implantation, about 10 or 11 days past ovulation.
Thankyou for not ignoring chemical pregnancy , I have had 3 chemical pregnancy in 8 months. I also have fribroids. My gp says my fibroids are very small and has nothing to do with it!

Might i remind people that even in chemical pregnancies (most) conception has taken place & body has attempted to implant. Please get your specialists to check for severe hormone imbalance, nutrient deficiencies and blood clotting disorders. I have recurring chemical pregnancies around 5 to 8weeks due to a rare clotting disorder as a result of low vitamin k. Low protein s and c is commonly found in those with lupus and sjrogens, however I've not had those markers only indication is prolonged vitamin k deficiency. Unfortunately, i felt that my treating dr wasn't treating at root cause and just after money. No amount of monitoring was going to "catch" a baby in time for blood thinners if my whole issue is implantation/carrying not necessarily conception. At 36, took a years break & not sure if will keep trying. My bodies been through enough over the years without trying to nourish a child.
What are some immune based tests and or treatments that you recommend be looked into once a woman has had 4 chemical pregnancies in a row? I am 34 and have had 4 in the past 8 months. Between ages 32 - 33 I had 2 miscarriages.
I had gone through one recently. First of all, have you checked your hormones? testosterone for PCOS and progesterone?If you get pregnant and haveLow progesterone ,that will end up in a miscarriage. It is very hard to hear all the time that it happens all the time and it is normal. I was diagnosed with PCOS in the end after one doctor told me that I don't have it. What I am saying is that we have to do our own research because sometimes the hidden cause is not found so easy. Take all your labs with you home, go over them ask your doctor questions and even a second doctor. I was also deficient in D3 and didn't know. A good start is to read the book "Take charge of your fertility".

I was diagnosed with Graves Disease causing hyperthyroidism and I just had a chemical pregnancy this week. It wasn’t planned but I was started to feel happy and excited to be pregnant and a week later after getting a positive home test, blood work confirmed that my hcg levels dropped totally low 😢
Will I have issues trying to conceive later on even after my hormone levels are normalized?

It can be a genetic abnormality in sperm or egg. Both need to work for successful pregnancy.

Hi! I'm 23 and had two chemical pregnancies with gap of 2 months.. My tests are all negative. Like blood, urine, thyroid, rubella, and Even ultrasound.. I'm scared to try again.. I don't know what it causes 😢.. Seeking suggestions.

Your eggs aren't deteriorating hun. If it happens one or twice more then get yourself checked. Until then try not to worry, you were likely just on the unlucky side of statistics.
It should also be reassuring to hear him say that if it ends up being something to do with your system (no the chromosomal abnormalities of the fetus) then many things can be done to fix it. I'm 37, have just had a CP (first pregnancy for me), have an autoimmune disease and a bicornuate uterus. Please think positive x The body always does what the right thing to do is, whether we agree with it or not.
Even am 26,I crossed 4 chemical pregnancy..😭Couldn't find the cause ..and they no treatments here in India..It's just they try new hormonal injections,proper ovulation injection and follicular study for this ..

@@ay3696 Yea Sure..We are in treatment with a good gynac here..For more than a year..but not sure y,it hasn't worked yet for me..And yea,me n hubby are together goin to hosp for regular checkups..and doc has given enough hormonal injections n tabs to maintain it properly...Let's hope for some best n this pandemic...

My kinesiologist said that my reproductive organs were at a 9 and a 10 which is really great for my age.
I'm 43 and just experienced my 2nd chemical pregnancy in the last 4 months. 6 months ago I also had a miscarriage at 11 weeks pregnant.
My kinesiologist said that the problem was with my liver and thyroid. I don't doubt that my thyroid has had a part to play in my pregnancy losses but based on this information I think I need a second opinion about my reproductive organs. Or my reproductive organs are good but my eggs are defective ??

I'm 26 and I have had 4 chemical pregnancies in a row. Had chronic endometritis (plasma cells in unterus) and successfully treated it with 3 courses of Antibiotics. I dont know why it's still happening now. Its just so frustrating

@@b1zmyi34 so sorry to hear that! It’s so upsetting! I went on to have a 5th chemical but I got pregnant for a 6th time and am now 10 weeks pregnant. So I hope that gives you a little hope. Have them check you for lupus anticoagulant. I tested positive for that and have had to give myself lovenox injections and be on a steroid for this first trimester. I’m thinking thats what is helping this time around. BUT I was also taking wobenzym N it’s a natural supplement that takes down inflammation that some people swear by and I really think that also made a difference. I hope you’re finally able to have a successful pregnancy. I still worry every day that I’m going to lose this one.

@@Bia_3514 I saw a video from Sarah Angius she lost more than ten and she discovered she had antibodies that she produced and destroyed the egg.. there is always an underlying issue.. it’s just can’t be bad luck, I’m so sorry to hear your story and I hope you investigate and find answers for this 🤞🏻❤️
