I'm an OB nurse, and drs always told me a chemical pregnancy usually means something was wrong with the embryo, at least in natural pregnancies. Many women have unknowingly had one or more of these, and never realized it. It would just present as a late period, perhaps slightly heavier than usual.
@@akankshajain8090 it's typically the embryo not forming correctly on the correct timeline, but sometimes it can be an inhospitable womb lining environment. Both factors have to be perfect for a viable pregnancy to develop. If the lining is too thin, the embryo cannot burrow in and establish a blood supply for nourishment, and will stop developing.

I had gone through one recently. First of all, have you checked your hormones? testosterone for PCOS and progesterone? If you get pregnant and haveLow progesterone ,that will end up in a miscarriage. It is very hard to hear all the time that it happens all the time and it is normal. I was diagnosed with PCOS in the end after one doctor told me that I don't have it. What I am saying is that we have to do our own research because sometimes the hidden cause is not found so easy. Take all your labs with you home, go over them ask your doctor questions and even a second doctor. I was also deficient in D3 and didn't know. A good start is to read the book "Take charge of your fertility".
