Those were great combines!!! When I was a kid my Dad and I were out offset disking wheat stubble and just ahead of us was a custom cutter with 3 super 92s cuttin away !!! Good days !!! Loveya Dad...
Seen a lot of these 92. Super 92. 82s. Simple engine change. Take right wheel off. Disconnect everything. Slide Chrysler flat 6 engine out (on angle iron slides). Slide rebuild engine back in. Mechanic could do it all quickly. Popular combines in their day. Custom combiners liked them. Low profile. Could clear most bridges back in the 50s and 60s. Plus a good reliable machine.
At least you're saving these classic combines from the scrapp heap. My late father had a Massey 585 combine and that machine lasted right up until the early 1980s.

I salute your bravery. Dad bought one 60 miles away and we drove it home back in 1980. Now 40+ years later, your trip is much more impressive.
You're brave !!!!!!!😊😊

Our neighbor has a Super 92 really good combine
That awsome combine I’m looking two buy one
That was our first combine we ever had. Those flathead 4’s were really great on fuel.
Fours? Should be a Chrysler 6 cylinder.
We had a four. They came with the 6 cylinder and even a diesel engine. I never knew about the diesel. Our MF 300 had the 6 cylinder. @@mattlf9120
