Last time I ate barbari I was just a little kid , 5 years old or 4 , it was just before the revolution in Iran , for me that is the best bread in the world. I really miss Tehran, I wish I could go back there someday.
Brilliant. Thank you for sharing. I have been trying to find out how authentic Barbaris are made. Your video was really helpful thanks. Can I just say, you are also making a historical record. You were ace for production drama. But, there were two key processes which were not shown. As a baker that was a tad frustrating. Why is it important? The internet is full of amateurs and pro's, some are Iranian, who have all sorts of imaginings about how to make them. Without your record... But thanks again. Thoroughly enjoyable :)
باسلام ، یادم میاد همیشه از جلوی نانوایی ها که رد میشدم دلم میخواست با خمیر نان هابازی کنم و هنوز هم وقتی میبینم همان احساسذبهم دست میده ، به خدا قسم باورکنید با نگاه هم بوی نان را احساس میکردم !! مرسی انتخاب جالبی بود . 👍🙋🏻♀️🧚♀️
