You had me at "align center horizontally"...I'm sold! I knew this was going to be a great tutorial because everything is aligned beautifully. Thanks much!
I just wanted to thank you for making such an easy to follow tutorial! Nobody needs to hear someone talking about irrelevant stuff, it only confuses people. Im totally subscribing! You are an excellent teacher! 😀
I haven't made a video about, but I'm thinking about it. The main difference is the adjustable tool that is exclusive for Cricut Maker, and that allows you to cut thicker materials.
Hi Avanti very easy and clear tutorials, where to buy this machine I am from Namibia and besides the wooden earrings what other projects you can create with the machine
Hi Avanti, I have a Maker that I purchased last year and have not use it. Do you have a video on how to start using the features and the like? I am completely new to Maker and not familiar with the "know how" Thanks
can you do this with the wood veneer instead of the basswood? if so is there anything you need to do differently besides choosing the setting on the machine? i'm looking for the natural wood look and wouldn't be painting mine. i do also have the foil to add to the top,. thanks.
Thanks for your tutorial. There is really so little out there for wood earrings. I have been unable to figure out how to search for the image # you reference. I think it could be because there have been so many updates. If you have any recommendations how to search for images like the one you used, please share.
Hi, try using the link below, remember you need to be subscribed to Cricut Acces to be able to use the images. design.cricut.com/landing/project-detail/5c97bc5ffbf6a605c088c02d
Yes, but you need to use images from Cricut Access ( pay subscription) or create you own images using a design program. I don't recommend anything too complex when using wood.
I know this video is a few years old but can you tell me the number of the image you used. M43355B says no results when I search in design space for it.
Hi, yes, but only using Cricut Maker and the knife blade, keep in mind that the thicker the material it requires more time to be cut. If you want something fast you should look into a laser machine.

I'm sorry but this thin type of wood is too weak. I check both bass and balsa and for earrings it is not strong enough unless it's thicker or double the pieces and glue them together.
Hi, I really like the bass wood for simple shade earrings. I personally avoid using heavy earing. However, if you are looking to cut another kind of wood I recommend looking into a laser machine.
@@AvantiMorocha1 I have designed and cut out over 400 pair of earrings using a scroll saw. I only use baltic birch and walnut 1/8" wood. I use 1/4" basswood for my necklace pieces. Now for your suggestion to look into a laser machine, I research those also, but a week ago I saw a video or shall I say several showing Cricuts being used to cut wood which was surprising to me. I called the manufacturer to get the correct info since I was getting mixed messages. They did inform me that this machine only cuts 1/16" balsa and basswood, which is too thin for my earrings. Oh, may I add, my earrings are very lightweight and thanks for the tip.

Is there a video explaining the differences between cricut maker vs cricut explorer air 2? This is a great video and thank you for the tutorial!
Hi, the are more than 300 materials that you can cut with Cricut, like vinyl, iron on, faux leather, felt, etc.
Hi Avanti, I have a Maker that I purchased last year and have not use it. Do you have a video on how to start using the features and the like? I am completely new to Maker and not familiar with the "know how" Thanks
This helped me alot...thanks..💗

Hi. I'm curious where did you purchase the bulsa or the wood material?
Hi, I got the basswood at Hobby Lobby.
Hola! Puedes hacer un tutorial de como grabar sobre aluminio con la cricut Maker?
Muy bonitos tus videos, excelente explicación!!

Hi, I haven’t tried, it’s not thick it may work. Cricut only cut balsa and bass wood.
Very pretty
Thank you :)

Thank you, this is a Cricut Maker, Champagne.

Can you make any shape with this machine? Or draw your own shapes so the machine cuts it? Thankyou

Yes make a video
Can you make wood earrings with a cricut explorer air 2
Hi, you can give it a try, but I haven't gotten good result cutting wood with Cricut Explore.
I know this video is a few years old but can you tell me the number of the image you used. M43355B says no results when I search in design space for it.

Can you use chipboard

Does this work on sterling silver or other types of metal
No, you can engraved metal with the Cricut Maker but you can't cut it.
Avanti Morocha thank you! Do you know a machine that can do both by any chance?
@@memyselfandjoulene6528 You can look into glowforge, I'm not sure it's cut metal.
Avanti Morocha thank you. I appreciate your responses ❤️
How do you get the earrings to hang straight, mine keep turning to the back, is there a special way to put the fish hooks? i am using one jump ring
Hi, I'm not sure, I think I just placed the first ring really tight so it doesn't move that much.
I would like to know where I can get some African prints
Hi, if you have the subscription to Cricut Access, you cold check their library.
Where did you get the images for the earrings? Thank you
Hi, they’re Cricut Access images.
@@AvantiMorocha1 is it like a mandala?
Ok ty😊I missed the info you gave . My bad.
@@AvantiMorocha1 can I use the black knife blade to cut wood?
Where can I purchase the wood?
Hi, I got it at Hobby Lobby.
So this machine can only cut the shapes?
Hi, Cricut can cut all kind of images, text and shapes, but when using bass or balsa wood I recommend sticking to basis shapes.
Hola avanti morocha me encantaria ver sus videos en español sera posible?? Es que ho no hablo ingles
