- Before he became CEO of The Walt Disney Company, Bob Iger was President of ABC when Ellen's sitcom was on, and he talked with Ellen about wanting to give her the ability to come out as gay in the historic episode of "Ellen." He also talked about Oprah wanting him to run for president, and his new book, "The Ride of a Lifetime: Lessons Learned from 15 Years as CEO of The Walt Disney Company."

He calls himself an introvert, but after many interviews I find him to be very confident and well spoken. Im an introvert and Im always a nervous wreck lol. I also notice how nervous people are around him. The man on top of being handsome, has some sort of energy that draws people in.
Being an introvert doesn't mean someone is shy, timid, nervous or quiet. It just means they are energized being alone instead of around people. I'm introverted, some people think I'm extroverted because I can talk to anyone, even strangers easily, outspoken and bold. One on one interactions are ideal for introverts. Too many group activities drains me. I have to have significant time alone to recharge and be ready to socialize again.
Quite time allows introverts to think, come up with ideas and break down problems to create unique solutions or perspectives. Confident introverts use introspection and a great sense of self to deliver sensitive and thoughtful analysis and solutions. Introverts are typically great listeners.
I also believe Introversion and extroversion exist on a spectrum.

I think he'd love it. The Disney Renaissance of the 90s and the current 2nd Renaissance produced amazing movies, ride technology is improving by leaps and bounds. They've acquired some awesome properties from Marvel and Star Wars and have been elevating them. Most of all, Disney makes lots of money, which if you know anything about Walt, was a primary concern of his. Not his only concern, but a very big concern.
