Those e stops bring back bad memories from my data center days, they had an e stop mounted outside the main server room and an angry employee pressed it, shutdown the entire room, yeah fun times getting IBM AS/400 back online along with other systems LOL, enjoy the videos! Keep them coming!
4:40 Concept correct but not really called "interlock" ; more commonly referred to as a "holding" or "latching" circuit. Interlock means two or more things NOT allowed to work at the same time.
