No matter how old we get you can never take the kid out of us!!! Great work all the way around... Watching this just makes you feel like a kid again, and a grown up all at the same time!!!
Fantastic scrapyard find.. I sure am glad to see that you could save her from getting squashed!.. and, yeah, I don't care as much for the grown up part myself. 😊
You're right. I'm 48. My cousin and I dredged up some g.i. joes from the 80s and I thought to myself ...man, it's been a while....and I actually started setting up defensive positions on a table with jeeps, tanks, and poised the figures as if they were in hand to hand combat....😂😂lol...happy new years everybody!!!!!
Beat you to it , I already am ! Someone recently gave me my dream die cast , a 1/18 scale Moulin Rouge and black AAR ‘Cuda that is highly detailed ! An unbelievable beauty , I am totally enamored with it and extremely appreciative of the gift . I was told she recently “discovered” it in a closet , hidden away until the right time to disclose the purchase to her which , for me , makes it all the more desirable and special ! I’d been looking for one for 25 - 30 years to add to my collection as it’s also my dream car ! I’m currently forcing myself to live with a 2023 Last Call Challenger Hellcat Jailbreak in Plum Crazy purple but I think I’ll survive . Rock on brother , thanks for the video !
That scrap yard looks realistic! At first I thought you super imposed your hand on an actual video. You did some great detail work all the way around. Using that cherry picker to drop the engine in was a nice touch as well! 😁
Truly a craftsman. Someone took a lot of time to make it look beat up and weathered and a lot of time to make it new again. Pretty handy with the chrome pen. Could have chromed around the windows to take it one step further but VERY impressive as is. VERY impressive. Great job.
This Video was so well put together and your auto shop is really cool . The detail is impeccable. I really enjoyed watching this and I can appreciate this coming from a TH-camr to another. I know what it takes to put this together. Thx.
haahahaaa i love youtube.. where else could you watch something so creative.. Hats off to you for the awesome detail and taking the time to do this... I have a feeling your train set is really sick ....
So fun to watch. Absolute talent along with bringing the restoration into the actual environment from the car shop to the paint booth. Can learn a lot of restoring a real car.
I came from Instagram after watching the entire video there , then watching the entire video here so you could get the well deserved watch time!! Thank you man, made smile.
Holy crap that is unbelievable!!! Just stumbled across this video and was amazed, the attention to detail was unreal. A lot of patients required for sure but amazing transformation
Phantastische Arbeit. Ein Traum, diese perfekte Restauration. Ich würde mir wünschen, ich könnte es genauso. An so eine Leistung kommt kaum jemand heran. Respekt.
Ficou incrível a restauração do Coronet! Eu tenho dois desse modelo: um vermelho e o outro amarelo. Mas, o Coronet amarelo pretendo trocar a cor por uma original de fábrica dele.
Well that is very cool. I'm 56 years old and I've always put model cars together and play with HL trains and to this day I still do it's a passion my son and I have that we share together and he is 31 and we really get detailed with the models. Also we have a nice HO train collection. As well I still have all his Hot Wheels from when he was a baby growing up. I literally have crates of them full. Getting them set up in my man cave with my fishing poles my collection of knives and swords and old army weapons along with modern weapons my guitars my sewing machines Yes I so my small library book collection that I have and my stripper pole. My wife said that I'm crazy for having us all in such a small 12x12 room lol. But it works for me.
As a 53 year old guy that has restored only 3 cars, one being a painted DeLorean (due to an accident) I could smell that Aircraft Paint Remover from my living room. Also I had no idea I needed this video in my life. I feel as if I have been missing a significant part of existence this whole time.
This reminds me of all those hot wheels cars i had when i was a kid i lined em up on opposite sides like drive in area, this just made me remember that small fun memory 😄
Great job awesome and im glad you changed the rims and tires i was afraid you weren’t 👍 I love building models myself i paint and glue all the parts and the decals iv been doing since I was 6 years old and im 54 now I have some great ones iv done 👍
@ I don’t understand what you mean I paint each individual part a certain color that will look good except for the crome pieces leave them crome and glue them together following the instructions they give you it doesn’t take much glue use as little as needed I use a toothpick and dap it on the parts I also get a can of spray paint and paint the body of the model of whatever color you want and I do the decals it takes practice and time but I was doing it as a young kid I have some models that I didn’t use the decals because I thought they look better without I like building Funny Cars like at the drag strip is one of my favorites and I use all the decals I grew up in the 70’s as a kid and my parents bought me the models glue and paint and I turned me loose in my bedroom and I followed the directions teaching myself im not sure what you were asking but if you have anymore questions just ask me 👍
This is one of those TH-camrs that no one asked for but we all needed
No matter how old we get you can never take the kid out of us!!! Great work all the way around... Watching this just makes you feel like a kid again, and a grown up all at the same time!!!
Indeed! What's just as amazing is...someone has a lot of time on their hands!
Fantastic scrapyard find.. I sure am glad to see that you could save her from getting squashed!.. and, yeah, I don't care as much for the grown up part myself. 😊
I came to accept the fact that I will be going on 15 until the day I die many years ago.
You're right. I'm 48. This restoration is insane! Pure genius - looks factory-made. Absolute top-tier work!
Indeed !
Your talent is off the charts! I applaud the details in the junk yard rendition and the transformation to the new.
I don't know what I'm watching but it makes me happy.
I have been a vehicle paint technician and panel beater for 20 year and watching this is awsome
Cooler than all outdoors. Restoration, diorama and Mopar all in one terrific video. Well done and thanks.
That scrap yard looks realistic! At first I thought you super imposed your hand on an actual video. You did some great detail work all the way around. Using that cherry picker to drop the engine in was a nice touch as well! 😁
You are hilarious and talented... Love the realness of the build .. right from "towing her in". 🤘😆

That is some realistic age on the exterior!😳
Truly a craftsman. Someone took a lot of time to make it look beat up and weathered and a lot of time to make it new again. Pretty handy with the chrome pen. Could have chromed around the windows to take it one step further but VERY impressive as is. VERY impressive. Great job.

This Video was so well put together and your auto shop is really cool . The detail is impeccable. I really enjoyed watching this and I can appreciate this coming from a TH-camr to another. I know what it takes to put this together. Thx.

What are they called? When I get some models from the internet they turn up and they are made out of plastic and plastic just ruins it.
