    Thai people are some of the most friendly and polite people you will ever meet. Im lucky that ive been to Thailand twice before and loved every minute of it. IM going back in two weeks and cant wait. I have never struck the duty free issues you speak of either.

    Hi thanks, yes the money changers should be open if not there are ATM machines around or bring some US $ and the 711 or other shops in airport may change when buying something but at a lower rate so only change $30 or so

    The statue is not from the history of Cambodia. The statue refers to a story in Ramayana which is a great Indian literature. Ramayana has been influencing Thai culture for hundreds of year and fused with buddhistsm in Thailand becoming a prominent symbol of Thai culture. The evidences have been shown as paintings on the wall of many Thai temples, the Emerald Buddha Temple of Bangkok, for instance. Therefore, please do not let your misunderstandings threaten the image of my country.

    "These people" or otherwise known as Thai civilians are doing something called their "job". I had no problem speaking to the staff and the passport is procedure for most airports around the world. They ask for it in Frankfurt as well so why complain?

    Those cart cars they used inside airports concourse are downright ugly!

    SHIT, The first statues originate from Cambodia history and u all can see this story of the statues of Dragon, giants and god on the wall of Angkor Wat temple in Cambodia. SHITTTTTTTT............copy from Cambodia and put it in its airport. Crazy !!!!!

    • @PradeepKumar-fn5zv
      @PradeepKumar-fn5zv 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      No it's first originated in India. The statue is called samudra manthana in Sanskrit. And its mentioned in many Indian Sanskrit scriptures . Then it got spread to Southeast Asian countries including Cambodia and Thailand.
      If Thailand copied from combodia then Cambodia copy it from India so,there will be no difference.
      please stop this type of things
