Im from a muslim culture where i found interestingly girls like us cause we're doers & approach girls with no fear . christian boys for me at least some are in fantasies trying to be gangster out of experience of a wanna be who wanted to fight me cause his girl liked me . I would have finished him but non believers like us make girls love us cause we dont talk about getting to the money, we get to it so yes i love this episode . Well, I think church boys aren't boring, they (we 😜) just have a calculative mindset and with the way churches are set up, there's just not enough data to make a move. The environment in most urban churches doesn't promote friendships amongst members. We've all probably heard moderators and pastors pleading with members not to zoom out but instead try to have some small talk with their neighbors after church. As someone who's gone out for hung out's (dates) with ladies I met but barely knew from church, I understand why a man would be slow and hesitant. Meet up's require some form of resource and if there's not sufficient info to know whether the hung out may lead to something promising or be a generally fun experience; we would not propose a date. Church leaders are best placed to help address this boys are boring phenomena by promoting continuous participatory activities that'll help bring members together. Like in the story of Boaz, Ruth's gesture of love, respect and honor to her mother in law after the death of her husband and sons moved Boaz and he made a move very very fast.
It's interesting how you see it! It's true that church settings sometimes lack opportunities for genuine connections among members. With limited interaction, it's natural for guys to be cautious about taking things further. Encouraging more social activities in church could definitely help break the ice and foster deeper relationships. Just like in the story of Boaz and Ruth, genuine gestures can pave the way for meaningful connections.
