He is also the author of BTS The Review: A Comprehensive Look at the Music of BTS
    original/translated video: modooborahae/stat...

    ---------
⚠️CLARIFICATION: I never thought i’d have to do this but here we go. As stated above, I have linked the original/ translated video, which means this is NOT MY VIDEO, NOT MY TRANSLATIONS, and i’m not claiming it at all.
(The link was already there before someone started accusing me.)
More notes if you’re not convinced:
🔴the translator of this video, who is @modooborahae on twitter, said in her bio that all you need to do is credit her, but she didn’t say you can’t repost her translations.
[check here if you want: modooborahae?s=21]
🔴with that out of the way, I posted this because more armys need to be educated about this, especially those who are outside of twitter. So I shared this here.
🔴unless the translator herself tells me to take down this video, this will stay here. I will not take this down just because some random person on the internet didn’t bother checking the description first before immediately attacking me and calling me a clout chaser.
🟡if you’re wondering why I addressed this so fast, it is to prevent more misunderstandings in the future, so I just hope you actually read this, even if it is quite long.
🟡Lastly I want to address something: last time, I made a mistake of reposting someone else’s edit and didn’t know they didn’t allow reposts, even if you credit them, so I deleted that one and learned my lesson. So, expect that when I post more videos in the future, (which I didn’t edit myself) I’ve already made sure to check their profile and their rules, if they allowed reposts and such and what I need to do for them to allow me to post the video.
🟢That is all, I hope that clears up everything. I hope you also learned something from this if you have a channel as well.

Before more of you come here accusing me of not crediting the translator, *read the description box first* , because I clearly linked their original post.
📍 *Always read the description box, not just for this video or my channel.*
📍 *and if you still don’t understand, I put more clarifications in the desc. box, so please read that one as well.*

Literally the first thing I did. Thank u so much. It was easier to find this on YT in eng and then skip to the other one after watching this excerpt of the video. :)

I am your Fan from Malaysia. Thank you for your bravery going against the grain of mainstream Korean media of negating BTS’s power, influence, popularity. I am 61 years old and a qualified trained psychotherapist and. BTS fan. I work with children who self-harm and we also have seen discussions about their situations and relate these to music, and BTS’s music comes up tops in positivity. Psychologically Korean society still don’t like and frowns upon the “tall poppy” syndrome. Which is why you like your celebrities humble. And you perhaps need to feel a patriarchal sense of ownership towards their success and growth. Something you cannot claim with BTS, because when they were just starting they were humiliated, and yet they grew so big they went global and now you (the media and entertainment industry players now don’t know what to do, or how to contain BTS’s power and influence. One way forward for the arrogance of the ones who have been deriding and belittling and humiliating BTS and/or other Korean artistes they don’t support is to own up to your own weakness and fault.

They were treated the same way when they just started from the industry. Disappointed but not surprised.

Why did you repost this without permission? The official video will be uploading subtitles provided by the translator. Stop stealing people’s work for clout.

I don’t know if you read my description box, but i did link the translator, i didn’t even remove their watermark. And she has stated in her twitter that to just credit her translations, which i did.
