Depends if you both will be on the mortgage. That’s really a question for your lender.
Thanks for the video. Is there a list of corporations that qualify for the hometown heroes program? I’m looking into moving back to FL and staying with my current employer.
I don’t think there is a list but as long as the corporation is stationed in Florida you should be good. Check with your employer

Can I still apply for the program if both me and my fiance are trying to get a home and her jobs headquarter is based in Florida but mine isn't, even though I am in the Tampa office of my job (engineer that helps remodel/build buildings in florida).
It might work for you. Your fiance is fine but i would check with yours and speak to a lender who is very familiar with the program

What’s a minimal credit score I need?
I believe it's 640 but confirm with a lender
The hometown hero ran out of funds a few days ago. Does anyone know if they will have funds again?
Unfortunately it was too popular of a program and they ran out in less than 2 months. Hopefully they reup again... keeping a close eye as we have several buyers ready to purchase using the program.

Can a self employeed apply to the program?
I don't believe so. You have to be employed by a Florida based company.

Buyers must go into contract within the next 2 weeks to secure their funds before they run out.
