Table saw dust collecting hood

I'm really worried about the chips that come out in front of me when cutting, so I added a dust collecting hood to the table saw. The ingenuity is that when the blade of the circular saw finishes cutting the board, the dust collecting hood is brought into close contact with the top board before the blade of the circular saw pops out, so that wood chips remain in the dust collecting hood and are sucked from the front to the back by the dust collector. The dust hood is movable up and down.
