Absolutely loved this house. I love the space it offers. Not too crazy about the kitchen cabinets and the road but I absolutely love the rest of the house

U can host; birthdays, Kwanjula meeting, graduations, all that is money coming in and there is parking as well.

Kool crib! Though, I'd have expected such a crib 2 have a his n hers style of bathroom in the master bedroom.
The home owner chose to have an extra closet in the bathroom instead, to add more storage but his and hers bathroom would be great choice too.

Why are they building the counters in the kitchen so high by the time you finish cooking your shoulders will be hurting.
That’s meant to have high seats to eat food from, on the kitchen island.

I wonder where Ugandans pluck the prices they charge ppl for such a house with such an ugly kitchen that doesn’t even have an air extractor which should be the minimum 😏
A combination of factors help to determine the price of the home, number 1 being the value of the land & its location. If someone wanted to buy the property, the kitchen can be adjusted to suite client’s taste.
