    Who builds the roads?
    There is so much unplanned construction in some parts of Kenya.
    Land brokers just selling subdivided plots, no roads, no drainage. Then people have to pressure their area representative to bring these things.

      They are private contractors

    Akright is a well organized place but those who are constructing the roads are killing it, how could you construct a road without pedestrian walk ways. Abebigele ( joggers and nabatabatambulamu mukatundu kabwe) kwegamba tebakeyagalilamu, they dont plan for them.😢

      It depends which part of Akright city u r referring to, its beautiful, extremely beautiful, its not upcoming at all,i use to hear about it but I went there wooow

    What type of city is full of only homes. No sky rise buildings, no office buildings. Its good to have good houses but the definition of a city is more than that.

      Those will be built as needed.
      First people have to live there before companies relocate there.

      Actually there are many cities without high rise buildings,this fits the version of a residential city.
