- Inside Arkright City Entebbe Where The Rich Diaspora Buy & Build Homes In Uganda #UgandaRichArea #UgandaRichNeigborhood #WhereTheRichHideInUganda #HowTheRichLiveInUganda
We are the only country where people seem to be rich in their homes but the roads, health facilities, schools, etc are in terrible state.
Well said my sister
Very true .What's the point when the feeder roads are full.of pot holes our people should learn improving the whole community nit only their compound and drive way..The community spirit no more. You go down to the market it's bisooto everywhere in such neighborhoods
Very true
Agree
You can’t practice corruption in your home … sadly and happily 😅
I pray one Ugandans will learn to value their own stuff, surroundings and have respect for the natives and get their names to appear on those streets and closes instead of foreign names belonging to individuals who have absolutely nothing to do with Uganda as a sovereign state.
Well said brother
Obujja bubakiliza oku bikola?
Very true ..Tell them
Its a small street in a soon to be private neighborhood. No big deal
Maybe it's a Ugandan that went to the University California, Berkeley. Possible !!!
❤❤❤ thanks Mr Larry Larry Lawrence...I once drove there to buy a plot or a house around 2003 or 2004 and there were shell houses at 100 Million Uganda shillings. I knew that wasn't my lane munange but I see the people who bought developed the area in Akright. That guy Kamugisha did an organized estate

It's my pleasure, Thank you for watching and appreciating
Thanks for the adventure
Beautiful and calm neborhood
Wow, my Uganda is developing. The houses look beautifully designed. But what a shame, the roads, paving and landscaping all need improvement. Moreover, there are no street lights, so this is dangerous to drive in the night time. I like the idea of building a gate. The place will be a Gated Community and this will deter unnecessary people from accessing the community. A gated community also ensures safety of everyone living in the community. Thank you.
Well said
We on the way bu development is when healthcare system, schools, security and infrastructure is near to very good for its people.
Great exercise climbing up😊

I like how the roads in Africa build most of them got gutters to take away the waters when rain unlike in Jamaica here our roads have no gutters when rain the roads r impossible and cause flooding
Woow! That's surprising
@@ugconnect just the truth bro the governments give the Chinese contract to build roads here but it don't make sense
Good morning uganda, we thank God for another day. Ug connect

😂😂😂 I'll pass by for a cup of tea
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks you too for watching
For sure lyanna is next❤
These are very good looking homes, but I am a bit disappointed with road system in most of these neighborhoods that you have been showcasing in the last few videos, like at 31:00 what are they thinking? Also I saw little drainage, how will they handle rain water and we all know what happens when the rain comes!!! Keep going you man and continue to show us how the country is moving forward.
Yes I've been complaining about this almost in all my recent vlogs
@@ugconnect when planning for residential or commercial business, roads, water and electricity are usually planned ahead before construction of homes or offices. It seems like it's done a little backwards in Uganda.
Well said brother. That shows negligence with the responsible authorities and it's annoying because I've been around most of these rich neighborhoods, it's always the same story apart from the new Lubowa NSSF Housing Project
It's looks nice,Rich men live peacefully 😜
Yes, thank you for watching
Good job
Thanks
Thinking of building a home down there ❤🙏In God’s name
Amen
Where are ugandans getting this money😂.
Man this country is developing very first away from the city Kampala. It looks wakiso will takeover Kampala in developments and land prices.
Thank u for always showing the positive side of this country. Could u please take us on northern bypass from bweyogere to busega looks like that road is one of the best in uganda
Thank you for watching, I have that video already th-cam.com/video/XXNB8r4O9Ow/w-d-xo.htmlsi=UF3p6042e1pwNc56
Yeah my home district is developing. Gyebaziika eyo.
Hi Lawrence , all I seem to read is every place is where the rich like to live in Uganda 🇺🇬 Because so many people are building houses now , prices have increased so much , you have to be rich to afford a house 🏠 in Uganda 🇺🇬. Hope you're ok brother , kind regards Rob.
Hello Rob, There are many places with affordable housing in Uganda
🎉
I think I saw you in my neighborhood Jomayi Nalumunye Estate on the same day
No it wasn't the same day
Akright the place i call home thanks so much i miss home 🥹
Enjoy
I hope you will help my friend to find a apartment in the town of Kasoa he needs too get off from sleeping on the streets God bless you 🙏❤❤❤❤
Which friend?
@@ugconnect I pray 🙏that whatever you can do to help him and to afford a place to live again I know he would really appreciate that so much. Praise God and God bless you so much for getting back to me also
@@ugconnect I feel so thankful and grateful 🙏you are a wonderful man too help people who need help.❤

I thank you so much.
Have a bless day 🙏
Can you do a vlog on bibuli road near Entebbe please
Please visit the villas of buganda
Thank you
Thanks bro. Please 🙏 also try out pearl marina estate garuga
Will do soon
Each Parameter wall in that suburb/Estate costs more than my house, Fees should be levied monthly on each of those houses by the local council to go towards the maintaining of the the entire estate roads, because its appalling to see the state of those roads yet the houses look very elegant, and the money collected should be published online for Accountability purposes.
Work upon accessibility rights to some houses other than just showing us roads and valleys.
Don muyiinza does it well.
Thanks much for the consistency and growth 📈 of the chanel regardless.
Then, people are naming after USA - THAT'S RUBBISH.
YOU'RE important and a celebrity - that's very true.
I have house tours as well on my channel
@@ugconnect
Ok.
Let me check
It should be cheap since there is no roads
But you don't have house there right
I Home place❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for watching
The tour is quite scary
The houses are beautiful but covered up in tall wall fences
Naye do they have recreation parks in this area?Or they are just competing to replace all beautiful greenery with lifeless concrete jungles
i hear this akright estate is for the political class is it true? but it looks beautiful with massive structures...thx for good stuff..
I'm not sure about that dear
When will we start washing our streets. The dusty roads.. The overnight wash trucks i heard broke down.?
Dear those were the glorious days of Jennifer Musisi. Now everything is on a downward spiral
narrow roads to the house. The road pavements never stop being eaten away by mukooka due to poor drainages
Thank you for watching
Showcase Sonde and Bajjo too.
What's good there
I love your consideration ❤how you considered the young man getting fired because he let in a stranger in a private premises 😅
Thank you for appreciating
California road is not good according to its name
The roads identify our selfishness. I think it could be because we are governed by thieves.
😅 Thank you for watching
Good job. Hoping they can get shorter with time
Thank you for watching
The houses are beautiful but the estate development in nonholistc. The estate roads plus drainage are very poor and thats the general problem with Ugandas real estate. The plots/land is very expensive but the roads don't reflect that...
Thank you for watching
I love your videos, bro. But I hate those foreign street names. Here in America, black people have to make noise so that some streets are named after people like Martin Luther King Jr. I understand, one Kampala Street, was named after Malcom X by Idi Amin but it was changed after Amin was gone. When shall we stop using meaningless foreign names. We name ourselves, Brian, Patrick, and so on as if we are white. We need to decolonize. Naming streets in foreign names is a sign of inferiority.
Well said brother
Ug is the fastest growing country , people are adopting to modern lives
Thank you for watching
❤🎉🎊💅🏾
Its not on grabbed Land?????
Surely the people got money look at those Mansions and the quality beautiful
Roads should be made better too
@@ugconnect I agree
But why those names? makes me sad.
Very beautiful but SECURITY
Many parts of the continent look like California.
MUZIMBA ENJU ZA BILLIONS NAYE AMAKUBO AGAGENDAYO GALINGA OBUKUBO BWEMESE KOLOLO AND KIZUNGU(MASAKA) WERE PLANNED MUCH BETTER
Thank you for the feedback
My fellow Africans, This is terrible town planning. From the health and safety perspective, town planning MUst have at least 3 meters from the boundary wall. Please send a fact-finding team to Namibia and South Africa to come and study town planning and architecture here. How do you plant trees and flowers on the pavement, where are the pedestrians supposed to walk? In fact, the pavement area is known as a public access area, you are not allowed to plant trees unless you push your boundary wall by 2 meters and plant trees within your boundary area. Come on, you cannot destroy town planning in new residential areas. I see a hazard for every pedestrian in that area because there is no pavement-safe area to walk. Do people normally walk in the middle of the road in Uganda? In the event of a fire or accident emergency, where are the emergency vehicles going to park safely and not obstruct traffic flow? It is a beautiful neighborhood with steep hills and traffic blind spots. Which engineer and town planner approved those plans? They should be fired.
Well said my dear, some things are taken for granted here
Do not talk about that gate again please, it will never exist, kemigisha and his colleagues were building it for personal interests, some of us we belong to that area but we never acquired land from akright!!
Thank you for watching 🙏
