Some of the fighter jets Russian design and produce are amazing. They may not be as advanced or good as the US military jets, but still they are good enough for most of the airforces in the world. I mean you will see most countries with Mig-29 and Su-30 as their main jets. My country Myanmar uses both Mig-29 and Su-30. With the exception of Russia and maybe China, only a select few will be able to use Mig-35 and Su-35. That is not counting the Su-57 PAK FA.
Respect to Sukoi and Mig. Russia has always had solid fighters.
SU - Sikhoi, MiG - Mikoyan and Gurevich are former Soviet design bureaus.
